Wrike is well suited for teams that require a lot of collaboration. For our marketing team a single project will often touch all 7 team members so Wrike is a great place for collaborating and general project management. Since it's an online tool, Wrike is always accessible for us and the mobile app is very intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend Wrike for any teams looking to coordinate deliverables with an easy to use project management tool.

We've been using Wrike for about 6 months now. It's been perfectly implemented with Holacracy and OKR projects that we use thanks to it's user friendliness and customizable features. It almost has like a social network feel to it, you can create groups and tag people and collaborate on tasks and projects. You can use timeline mode to keep track of projects and employee work rate. Dashboards help you keep your tasks in an easy to view way, weather it be time, importance, priority, etc.

Wrike makes it easy to manage tasks, projects, time, and teams. We use it everyday and are significantly better as a company because of it.

Before I found Wrike I struggled and wasted numerous hours on Microsoft Project. Moving to Wrike has been a freeing experience. I dare you to just give it a try for two or three projects from start to finish. Then compare the time you spent preparing and managing to before Wrike. I also challenge you to use Wrike in a custom way and test the Wrike engineers. They are awesome!

I started using Wrike for grouping the current projects that were in place and to start giving them substance. In 3 months we already had a vision for all of them with the dependencies for every task an expectatiions started getting aligned. Without knowing it, the PMO started coming into fruition.

I've implemented wrike for a 80 person company for 12 months now. While there are little issues here and there (such as creating PPC reports), this is a quick way to get started in managing projects for your team. It's quick for anyone to learn and the gantt charts are a pleasure to use.

I love the customizable dashboards in Wrike. I can see at a glance what each team member has on their plate at a moment. In spite of its price tag, it is worth it for me to see things that matter to me in a way I understand. I do wish it had a better means of making conversations private within a task but it is workable.

Our team loves Wrike. It's easy to use, reasonably priced, and has an awesome training center for new users.

Our marketing company has been through several PM systems before starting with Wrike. The ease of use can't be beat.

Only downside is tracking time for tasks versus time allocated and no integration with QuickBooks. We'd love to be able to enter time allocated to a task and be able to track time used & time left.

But Wrike is constantly updating and improving, so I hope those features will be added soon!

After using several different programs to track new products and customization projects, we have found Wrike to be a very efficient solution for our entire company. In Wrike, we are able to set up and assign tasks necessary to complete projects, we can project completion dates thanks to the gantt chart and are able to store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future. Currently the e-Learning Content Department is the primary user of Wrike, but it is accessible by the management team, sales, engineering, and customer service which allows us to communicate and collaborate company wide. We are very happy with out project tracking choice!

Wrike is a great collaboration tool. It has helped foster better communication between departments at our company. Gone are the "Are you done yet?" emails. By using the subtasks everyone knows the next step in a task and who owns it.

We are starting to gain better history on projects as a result of using Wrike. When asked why a decision was made, we can simply review the old task and see the conversation that may have led to the decision.

Wrike is right now is the most awesome project management web app that I came accross with. From data backups, task managements, micro tracking every milestone and more. On a monthly basis there are new breakthrough on their services that makes managing even more easier and better.

We've tried a number of tools to get our small creative team on the same page, and this is the one that's stuck. Projects are easy and flexible to manage, nearly replacing email altogether for those of us who use it. I love the mobile app (Android for me), which has become my primary way of getting notified of conversations on tasks. One AMAZING recent discovery for us has been the ability to duplicate an entire tree of tasks and subtasks (complete with due dates and assignees), and backdate all deadlines against a new master deadline. This allows us to create a template that we use over and over for complicated recurring projects (like producing a weekly television show).

This has made huge improvements with accountability in our group. The interface is easy to use. The iOS apps are beautiful.

Wrike is lighter than a feather when it comes to maintaining so many things in one platform that's more than user friendly. I strongly believe in Wrike and its sophisticated capabilities and the detailed information it can produce with few clicks. One click can turn an email to a task which is more than convenient for someone with lots of things to handle and manage.

Wrike is a very simple to use, with little to no learning curve, and for this reason works very well with teams (no training required). While it might not have every single feature you need, it has all the fundamentals and they are flat out rolling out improvements and updates. Most importantly of all, they listen to customer feedback. I have the fullest confidence that Wrike will just get better and better each time I use it.
