I have just recently started out using Wrike and so far I think their product is great. It full of features you'd want in a project management software both for the PM and other stakeholders in the project, and it's all presented in a nice clean web layout.

I use wrike more than 3 years. One thing that I like most of all - Wrike evolves every day with right new USABLE features.

What a great tool for planning, for managing teams and tasks and for keeping on track. It's a great way to make sure nothing gets left to chance. I can't recommend it enough

Wrike is a wonderful tool for project, task management and sharing/designating tasks with colleagues.

Excellent software to organize projectized companys, even for small projects and medium projects, on diverses places(Countries, Cities, places, whereever the project goes on). integrated to work with MS documents, and google drive, easy to create projects and tasks inside the projects, and delegate it is even more easier, once project was created. You should give wrike one chance, and will not disspoint you

for me just one thing to improve wrike with a better options to give, we can add a valuation survey for each project, among the project, just when the project has ended.

If you want more time to creativity then you have to sign on wrike... just wrike it down fellows...

Wrike is a great flexible framework, it really meets my business needs.

We have been using Wrike for 3+ years and the program keeps getting better every year. I currently use it to manage over ten project at the same time with the number of tasks totaling over 900. With this many tasks to keep track of I need a system like WRIKE to keep track of these tasks for me. The program automatically lets you know what tasks are falling behind and which one are critical so that the risk is very low of a task falling through the crack. I really like the flexibility of how we can use WRIKE to setup projects. I also like the way I track each project just with a click, I can see a list of tasks for one project and another click see a timeline of the whole project.
From my research of other programs like WRIKE, I chose WRIKE because the process of setting up, tracking and reporting on our projects made sense.

I'm a member of a 5-person team. We found ourselves struggling to keep track of our increasingly complex projects, and started looking for a way to keep ourselves organized. In addition to task management, we needed a simple way to report our activities for clients and a way to collaborate that didn't include the constant barrage of brief emails. Wrike provided that and more. It covered all our needs, and introduced some great features that we didn't know we needed. The subtasks, start AND end dates, editable documents, and GANTT view are really helpful. The filters make it simple to export tasks for individual and company reports. Plus it's really affordable for a company my size.
Another really neat aspect of being a Wrike customer is the huge amount of helpful content they generate. They have tons of interesting videos and webinars that show you how to use Wrike for more than project management (as a CRM or for guiding meetings, for instance). Their blog provides a lot of educational content about both business and project management. Their account managers are easily accessible and the help site is VERY comprehensive.
Summary: you won't be disappointed with Wrike!

Great task management. It's easy to use, flexible and fast to learn.

I've used them all. Basecamp, MS Project, Wunderlist, Trello, etc, etc. I have stuck with Wrike the longest as it is the easiest to use and the most flexible. I also purchased a subscription and will be using this with a small team of IT practitioners.

I find Wrike to be a very easy to use project management tool. It's flexibility allows you to structure projects and tasks in ways that make tracking very easy (a task can be located in multiple folders (projects) for tracking)! Wrike is also strong on communication, assisting to keep your team on the same page. If you are looking at tools to improve your ability to keep projects on task you should definitely consider Wrike!

My company has been easing into Wrike since June 2012. Not all of our employees' work is geared toward needing the software on a regular basis, at least 1/2 our company uses Wrike on an ever increasing basis. Most employees are onsite, but it's been a great tool for all of us, whether onsite all the time, sometimes or never.

We're moving our time keeping into Wrike's timelog over the next few months so we are no longer double documenting. With Facebook like conversation streams on what work is going on, it's easy to stay in the loop. Overall, Wrike has vastly increased our accountability and made it easy to include anyone that needs to be included.

My only real gripe with Wrike is the most sought after improvements are developed and made available only to enterprise users. With that being said, new improvements are regularly added for users at all pricing levels. The company gives regular tutorials, emails and videos sharing what is new and useful. The help desk employees are the best I've ever worked with and love chatting with them.

We use Wrike to manage both projects and freelancers. Took some getting used to but is proving to be up to the job! We regularly recommend Wrike to clients looking for a solid PM platform and the feedback we've had from those who've tried it has been great.

We've been using wrike for 2 years now and it has come a long way. It was good in the beginning but now it is great. We like that we aren't restricted or forced to use the program a certain way. There are so many different ways of organizing/foldering/tagging/assigning tasks yet the basics are very straight-forward and easy for new users to pick up on. Support is great. Community is great. They are very receptive to user feedback.

Great for organizing stuff and tasks

In our company, we use different software development approaches per team (some are more waterfall based, some more agile). With Wrike, we have the freedom to combine and live all our approaches. The List view can be used as a backlog, the timeline view can support with waterfall planning etc.

I used to do project management without using any tool for helping me manage my work and keep track of details. I don't know how I lived without a tool like Wrike! It's simple and straightforward to use, and allows you to collaborate with your colleagues and share/assign tasks with/to them. We don't use all the functionality, but in terms of the basic task management, I think it works very well.

This is a great tool. The integration with Box and other cloud storage systems is super helpful when sharing files with remote co-workers. Their customer service is also great. They fixed a plugin problem we were having in a couple days, which was fast because it was a weird and complicated problem.

Wrike is a great tool to visualize dependencies between tasks, and manage lots of them among lots of people. The user interface is very fast and response, as well as intuitive to use!
