Working hard salesperson and teachers…
Working hard salesperson and teachers are ok. The education planning is really bad. Let's say we spend 2000$ and a year time and the child is not even able to write her name down which is the first lesson when I got my Chinese lesson.

WuKong makes learning Chinese simply fun!
Our 8 year-old son finds enjoyment in learning how to speak Chinese. The teacher is certainly inspiring and courteous, and he likes the step by step learning modules, as he could follow them with ease. We recommend this online one-on-one tuition as the duration and nature of the course allow him to focus, explore his potentials and pace himself in his learning without getting overwhelmed.

Fun classes
My 5-year-old likes the class and enjoys the homework. The only thing that I wish could be improved is to make more time slots available. Given the time zone difference and how young my kids are, it is very hard to find suitable time slots to take classes. It is almost impossible to reschedule with the same teacher if we have conflict.

A great segue to 6 yrs of Chinese Immersion…
My daughter spent 6 years in a Chinese immersion program from 1-6 grades. Sadly where we moved we have very little resources for her to draw upon.
The WuKong Chinese program has made it possible for our child to continue learning Mandarin in a positive and challenging environment. She receives one-on-one instruction twice a week live online from a teacher that knows how to keep her interest peaked. She is excited to "go to class"and even says "goodbye" as she enters her world of Chinese at the computer. She has reasonable amounts of homework that help her maintain and build her written, reading, and speech capabilities outside of class.
There really are no downsides so far. Only that it would be nice for her to have interaction with other young Mandarin speakers where she could practice and learn in a social setting. And of course there is a financial commitment to the program but it is well worth it and the payoff has been priceless.

Great teacher and afterclass review
The teacher is very patient. Sometimes my 5-year-old daughter got bored and did not want to take the class. She found ways to keep engaged. Also the review after class is engaging and keep her interested.
