I bought tickets to lazio v Parma and unfortunately the game was rearranged 5 days before from Saturday to Monday. I contacted to say I was flying home to the UK before the game and and tried several attempts to contact and try to resell. By the time they told me how to do this after 5 attempts to ask for help they had emailed me the tickets and funnily enough then told me it was now too late to resell in their site as I was in possession of the tickets. Appalling after service, just kept sending me T&Cs which state non refundable. I knew that when I bought them but due to this rescheduling I just wanted to try to resell. I ended up going into the lazio store in Rome and asked them to check the tickets for me and they said that they were not even registered under my name but under a business name in Asia so I had no way of selling another way either. The email they sent me even told me I had to say these were ‘a gift from a friend’!! Some gift!! £200 pounds spent and totally wasted- don’t waste your money also!!!!!

I ordered two tickets to see Lazio play in Rome while I was visiting the city. I ordered the tickets 5 days before the match, and 4 or 5 hours after I purchased the tickets, it was announced that the match is going to be rescheduled because it coincides with the same day that the Pope's funeral is taking place. It has been rescheduled for two days later, but I have already left Rome by then.

I had not yet received the tickets so I emailed 1BoxOffice to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They have refused to refund me because they say all sales are final, despite it only being a few hours after I placed the order.

They have charged a 25% on top of the ticket price, and have suggested I could resell my tickets on their platform to sell to another buyer (which I assume will make them another 25% commission).

I understand these kinds of change in schedules are beyond their control, but given that it happened within a few hours of me making the order, I feel they should refund me as now I have spent almost €100 and I cannot attend the game through no fault of my own.

Really poor customer service- would be cautious before ordering with this company

I find 1box to be an honest & reasonable destination for Liverpool tickets. Their deliveries are always prompt and the pricing is the best on offer.

In December I bought PSG tickets for my son’s birthday for 20 April. We got great seats. Three days before the match, they said they couldn’t secure the seats we paid for but would give us lesser seats with a poor view and credit us 15€ per ticket. I refused and asked for a refund because there were actually plenty of tix left on the PSG site. Then suddenly they were magically able to produce the correct tickets. Then they sent me the tickets with the heading of 20 April on the morning of 19 April (the tix themselves had no date or time on them). So this morning (20 April) my son asked why he saw online that the game had already been played? Turns out the date changed, but they claim no responsibility for letting us know and further have no remorse about continuing to send the email correspondence with 20 April as the heading, even AFTER the date change. Lazy and negligent with little care for their customers or the little heart they broke. So there we have it, no game for my son’s birthday and not even a refund.

The only issue is you have to specify the seats
I have mentioned that before.
But to be honest, I enjoyed the seats and the view

You are not flexible. I wanted to change seats with additional payment. Your colleagues said this was not possible, although there were other places.

Easy and safe

Pleasantly surprised. Searched online for various companies and decided to go with 1boxoffice. Slightly nervous ordering from an online company but tickets were sent as promised. Seats were decent view and would recommend. Went to Napoli v Empoli

The seats were located very high at the last official block for Milan fans which was full of Inter fans and the glass separator was partially blocking the view. I expected a more centric location with closer view in return to the high price paid

Great experience watching Arsenal beat Real Madrid at emirates. Tickets came as promised and had no issues! Definitely would recommend these guys as professionals and can’t wait for the second leg.

Great experience for the Arsenal vs Fulham game! The process was smooth, the seats were perfect, and everything went as planned. Very happy with everything and highly recommend.

I bought a ticket, the match is tomorrow and I haven't received my ticket yet. And although I send an e-mail, no one returns.
They definitely sold me the ticket on the WL4 side and it was open. It was also where the soccer players were close to the exit stand. We bought this place on purpose, paying a lot of money. On the day of the match they wanted to send me to a place on the other side, but after a fight I had to buy a ticket for WL6. I still had the WL4 ticket with the receipt. But they projected their problems onto me. Because of this site, I had to watch the match closed until it started. My advice to you is never trust this site if you are buying by selecting seats or tribunes. We had to fight to get our seats until the last match time in an amateurish way to justify themselves. Stay away from a place beyond awful.

The process of buying tickets is easy, and the customer support is helpful. However, I deducted one star because they don't notify you when the tickets will be sent, and we receive them before the game.

Should be able to choose ZERO STARS!! This company just charged my account a 1.25 and an hour later credited it back to me. I guess they were checking to see if they could SCAM my account because I didn’t purchase anything from the country of DUBAI.
Beware!! People maybe getting tickets for a great price but that’s because they’re charging them to someone else’s stolen credit card number and walking off with the cash!! 🤬🤬

Quick and uncomplicated

I got a ticket for a Tottenham match a day before of the match and was a bit stressed about wether my ticket was valid and legit as I’d heard few stories from my friends, but at the end of the day I could use the ticket to pass the gates and watch the match. Very handy! Thanks
