First and foremost, 1BoxOffice does not sell fake tickets. All tickets on our platform are supplied by verified sellers and go through strict checks to ensure authenticity. Had you contacted us on the day of the event via our emergency contact number, live chat, or email, as advised in your booking confirmation, we could have immediately investigated and, if there had been an issue, provided you with replacement tickets at no additional cost to ensure you gained entry.
In your case, the report was raised 12 days after the event, without any supporting documents to prove the denied entry. This meant we had no way to verify or resolve the matter after the fact. Please also note that we have responded to all your communications in a timely manner, but without evidence, the case could not be progressed.
We completely understand your frustration, but it’s not fair to say we sell fake tickets or to rate us 1-star based on a situation where we were not given the chance to assist you on the day. Our team is committed to helping customers in real time and ensuring safe, smooth entry to events.

You’re right, once a live-event order is confirmed, change options become very limited. That’s because tickets are allocated in real time and, once barcodes/seats are locked by organisers and suppliers, amendments (date, seats, quantity) usually aren’t permitted to protect ticket integrity.
That said, if you contact us immediately after purchase (before tickets are issued), we’ll always try to help with delivery-method adjustments, minor name corrections (where allowed), or exploring an upgrade/alternative option if inventory rules permit.
We’re also working on clearer pre-checkout messaging and an in-account “Change request” flow so expectations are crystal-clear.

Sorry for the frustration, totally understand wanting tickets straight away.
For this event (and most others), tickets are released by the organisers 24–48 hours before the event. As soon as they release them, we automatically deliver your confirmed order within that same timeframe. We mention this on our website FAQs, on the checkout confirmation page, and again in the confirmation email, so expectations are set from the start.
Your order confirmation secures your seats, and delivery just follows when the organiser issues the tickets. If you’re within 24 hours of the event, then tickets are delivered as soon as possible.

Really poor after service
Really poor after service. Event was rescheduled which I knew was not refundable and no fault of the company but they did not help me to resell and then sent me the tickets and told me I could not resell them now as they had sent them. Also told me that when I got to the event that I had to pretend the tickets were ‘gifted to me by a friend’. Will never use them again. Avoid.

When events are rescheduled, the new date is set by the event organisers, not by us. We always try to help where we can before tickets are issued. However, once tickets have been sent out, we can’t facilitate resale or reallocation. This is strictly for security and anti-fraud reasons, preventing duplication and protecting both the original purchaser and any potential new buyer.

Caveat Emptor No refunds
I booked flights to go to Italy from Ireland via London Stansted to watch Atalanta v Roma. The game was moved from Sunday to Monday a matter of days before. I lost money on four flights and two tickets. Two match tickets cost almost four hundred euros. You have a no refunds policy so that was that. Scored you two instead of one because you responded very quickly to remind me of no refunds policy.

They sell non refundable tickets no matter the conditions
I bought a ticket to watch a football match, the gates were closed and I was not informed. The tickets were not used and they did not refund me.
