I'm writing 4 last time to 1box office your reply about contact to me is false and I emailed to you guys all logs and contact made to me on listed times which I asked where is my ticket 4 or 5 times no reply until 3 minutes to kickoff
I'm only small person here you are large company not telling truth about non communication to me

A little expensive twice the price, but tickets arrive 2 days before the event.

I recommend the platform but the price was double than oficial.

Does what is says on the tin… selling tickets cheaply and sends out that day.. would use again if needed.

I received the confirmation mail without a link to add the tickets on my Apple pay, in other words, i had a pictures from my tickets not the original tickets, thats lead to me staying outside the stadium until the first half ended.

Later on I received a replacement tickets throw whatsapp

Im asking for a refund, otherwise i will claim at the club official webside

An update after the boxoffice replay:

I was so clear in my first review i have rights to get a refund because I received my ticket via mail without a link to show the original ticket barcode thats lead to me stuck at the stadium gate because the bar code is not working due to that they ask me to go to the fan support office and they didn’t accept me cause the tickets was purchased throw a third party, then i went back to my gate as per details on the ticket and wait again on the line this all took around 45 minutes, it was so crowded, i didn’t attend the first half due to missing documents from your side, providing me within 8 minutes a replacement ticket this is an other story not related to my claim.

the ticket for the match, Milan-Psg, never arrived.

Everything ran smoothly I got the tickets the night before so we was very lucky, my only issue was I had to chase the tickets up.

I was abit sceptical at first reading the reviews as they were all mixed, but the experience I had with my partner was amazing they made sure I would get my tickets before the game and surprisingly I got them days before the match, we arrived at san siro stadium scanned the tickets and went in, the game was amazing just a shame we lost 1-0, Thankyou 1boxoffice.
