I was very hesitant not buying direct…
I was very hesitant not buying direct from the club but as this is impossible in the football world I discovered I hesitantly booked. Since our first match in September we have attended 5 matches. Service has been prompt and customer services informative and helpful with questions. Your e-tickets don’t arrive until the last couple of days but the process is efficient. We even got upgraded on one occasion ☺️ ticket prices vary but a very trusted website to buy tickets with confidence. This is now my go to site for all my tickets.

Expensive, but legit tickets
I was doubtful if this website was legit or if it's a scam (I think ticket exchange websites often have a dodgy reputation). I wanted tickets to a sold out football match (Champions League) that I really wanted to see, but could not otherwise get a ticket for. 1boxoffice had plenty to choose from. People go on here and resell their tickets for a higher price. I picked the cheapest available ticket and checked out. 1boxoffice does add a hefty fee for themselves. However, when the day of the match comes, they do deliver good service: you get the ticket delivered on time, they are in touch with you well in advance for any additional information required (shipping details or ID details for the ticket transfer) and even give you guidance on what to do on matchday (plus an emergency whatsapp contact in case something goes wrong on the day). Nothing did go wrong on the day and I got to my seat smoothly. I enjoyed my day, but I had to spend more than double for the ticket than what I would have to spend for it on the 'usual way' (club's ticket ballot). Anyways, I knew that and thought it was worth it for a sold out match that was highly sought after.

The worst service ever
The worst service ever! Not only they sent me the tickets at the last minute 2 hours before the game. The 3 tickets were members tickets and not through the original proper source. We had to justify why we are holding members and this is lot allowed ! 1boxoffice did not even tell us anything and to make it worse each ticket was in a differed block!!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE BY ALL MEANS!

I bought 3tickets for 12650dirhams( about 3400$) so they just bought this three tickets in another market ( ticketmaster) where I also bought 4 tickets for 472dirham( more than 100$ ) so they just bought there tickets for only 472dirham ( totally worth was 1536dirham about 400$) and just transferred to me….
