1BoxOffice Avaliações

I travelled from Ireland to London to watch the fireworks show on NYE. I bought 3 Tickets from 1BoxOffice at a combined cost of £370
We travelled to the pink area which is where the tickets were for and the steward looked at them and told us they were fake. Tried to contact 1BoxOffice and got nothing. Absolutely disgraceful carry on from an online company simply out to make a quick pound on anyone they can. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING.

This doesn’t even deserve any stars , we were scammed and turned away from London new year fireworks tonight, spent £221 on tickets from this company , scammers

Easy. Tickets arrived as promised and worked perfectly.

Good, super fast in delivering tickets and realistic since they are not scammers

You switched our tickets to under 16 tickets and we almost didn’t get in. We were only able to attend the match because the steward felt bad that we bought them from your website.

Enkel og oppriktig nettside. Fikk billettene 3 dagen før kamp, selv om jeg bestilte 1 mnd før.
Dette varslet de om på forhånd

Booking was fast and received the tickets through email was fast too. However, had selected for two seated together but was given two separated seats.

Effecient process which was easy to understand.

Safe to use but prices were higher than other sites like stubhub. They also changed my seats to another section, but it was really close.

Nickel 5 étoiles

Definitely trustable website. I bought tickets from Turkiye for Manchester vs New Castle match in London. I was anxious. The supporting service is great, provided quick and clear info. Our seats were better than we expected.

Top service company . Payments regulars without problems

Easy and pretty straightforward for first timer. I bought a ticket one day before the match and received clear guidelines within few hrs. Customer service giving prompt response and helpful too.

Great service, good people

excellent service. booked tickets to see man city, got 3 seats together front row, very reasonable price. tickets were sent to my email only minutes after payment. 10/10, would highly recommend 👌

Bought ticket with 1 hour to go, they texted me, helped me with info and sent the tickets

Great experience, super fluid process, would 100% recommend

You should be able to get a refund if the match changes dates.
