Products were so cheap that I thought…
Products were so cheap that I thought they would end up a waste of money, but because they were so reasonably priced that I took a chance, and I'm SO glad I did the garments were all the correct size, and I'm a xxl so it's important that the sizes are on point, and they were but also they were the same quality of other comparable goods that I have paid almost twice as much for. Very happy and I would recommend this company to anyone...

Excellent customer service.
Delivered quickly , one item was missing, not sure if the bag was damaged in transit. Contacted customer service who were very helpful especially Oliver, the item was added to my next order at my request and arrived safely the next day. Would thoroughly recommend, the communication was excellent.

Long John thermals are too small
Long John thermals are too small. Stated for 33” leg but I am a 32” and they reach halfway down the calf.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am incredibly sorry to hear that the Long Johns were so poorly sized.
If the product is stated for a 33” leg, it should absolutely fit a 32” leg comfortably. Hearing that they only reach halfway down your calf suggests that this pair was likely mislabeled or had a serious manufacturing defect. This is certainly not the fit we intended.
You do not need to go through the hassle of returning them. I have issued a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

Follow on from previous review. I was told to message the company again and I would be provided with a full refund and shipping costs and the matter would be investigated. Despite three further emails, I am being ignored. I wouldn't usually fight this hard for a full refund, however it is money from a u12 football team I run and we work hard to fundraise for every penny!
