Kia service
Had a car service at Kia Burntwood which I purchased for first two years when I purchased the car last year.
Friendly staff from start to finish & they kept me updated to when car would be ready for collection.
Overall a good experience.

The staff are all polite
The staff are all polite, and they tell you what you fully what time it will take to sort your car and all costs. And you know that the work that is done, is to a very high standard. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Took my car in for a mot 2 weeks ago and today I took it for a full service.
The staff are very pleasant and both the mot and service was done very professionally and would recommend these guys

This is the third KIA Ceed I have purchased from Acorn Burntwood.
Generally speaking they are an excellent company. I do feel they have now failed a little regarding customer communications. I did not receive a call to say my car was ready for collection and also on this occasion no service video was sent. They may seem minor points but they do make a difference.

Booked company vehicle for a first and last service
Booked company vehicle for a first service through my leasing company and received confirmation 17/02. The booking was for collection and drop off after at 8am/with a 2 hour window. Called at 10am when no one arrived,i called and waited 35 minutes to get through, to be told they don't collect?, but would see if they had a driver free. Driver came at 11am advised it was in for a 20k service. I advised "no" , it was a first service as per the booking. I was told i "should" have the van back today?, and was told i would be called if not the case. I am currently on hold again and have been holding for 35 mins again to see whats going on as i need the van tonight and have been cut off. Shocking communication and service. No idea when I'm getting my van back

Professional and Stress Free
Having found the vehicle I was looking for on auto trader, I left a message for the seller at Kia Burntwood Staffordshire. Within minutes I was called by Mitch Green a representative of the company. After a few mins of discussions I was able to agree fair p/x value for my car. Mitch went through everything that I needed to know in a proffesional and friendly manner.
On collection of the car a week later I was dealt with in a very efficient manner, a comprehensive handover was carried out. All in all this was a very pleasant and stress free experience. Well done to Kia Burntwood and Mitch.

Outstanding Customer support
I had a great experience at Kia Accorn, special credit must go to the lovely customer support i received, I was fortunate to deal with Chloe.
She was incredibly helpful, she made sure to call me to inform me of the change of appointment date, to ensure I had my booking on a suitable day and that I would have access to a courtesy car which she remembered was important to me.
In addition to this, Chloe also assisted me with the courtesy car. She gave me a lovely walkthrough on how to use the EV4s fancy driving system as it was all new to me. All in all, I had a great experience here, thank you.
I will definitely continue to Accorn due to their upstanding work and faultless customer service.

My MOT was carried out as scheduled, and I was made comfortable in the customer waiting area while the inspection of my vehicle was carried out. The staff were friendly and professional, and my MOT certificate was promptly completed following vehicle inspection.

I knew what I was looking for so that made life easy. I was pleased with your salesman Peter, he wasn't at all pushy but thorough. There was no rush or pressure viewing either my car or the Sorento. He listened to me, my reason for selling. It made for a smooth transaction. Good service all round.

Lovely Experience Thanks To Kaiya-Marie
My hubby found a Kia Sportage he liked so contacted the Burntwood branch. As we live over an hour's drive away Mitch kindly sent a video with commentary of the vehicle, hubby liked the car so Mitch sorted out the offer price for the part exchange & arranged an appointment for us to visit.
When we arrived Mitch was busy so we sat with a lovely young lady called
Kaiya-Marie so as he was detained she offered to help us.
We were shown around the vehicle given lots of information & she looked around hubby's part ex. When we went back inside we were asked if we'd like a drink whilst she checked if Mitch was free.
Unfortunately Mitch wasn't free but we were happy to proceed with Kaiya-Marie.
The process was explained and made so easy by her...she spoke to the manager & arranged a higher part ex price, gap cover was arranged, KIA service plan, clean & valet and even petrol added. Hubby went back the weekend to collect the car & Kaiya-Marie was ready to meet him, she dealt with the V5 & road tax so that hubby was ready to go.
Kaiya-Marie offered one of the best customer service experiences we have encountered. She is knowledgeable, professional & polite no oversell or pushiness she made us feel welcomed.
Thank you Kaiya-Marie for your help & hubby absolutely loves the car.
