Activia Training offers a large range of both Desktop IT and Business Skills courses. Instructor led classes are arranged at our many centres, or can be delivered onsite at your own. Bespoke options are available for many of the courses offered. For key subjects, online versions are available, and in some cases, when instructor led classes are purchased, you get a free online version too. Many of the more popular courses are also accredited by the CPD, so you can earn points as you learn, for both classroom and e-learning options.

Minute Taking Training

I attended the Minute Taking Training in Birmingham in January 2020.
Our trainer Suki was great. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and she made this course well worth going to. It seemed to me that all the delegates that attended came away feeling more confident and capable than they arrived.
This review would be 5 stars but for the following points which were nothing to do with our excellent trainer:
- The facilities were tired, the room too small for some of the activities and the tea and coffee facilities were rather woeful (the only milk available was UHT milk and no dietary alternatives were available).
- The accessible toilet was on the ground floor and training on the 4th, lifts were provided but they were slow to respond, from an accessibility point of view this should be looked into.
- I asked for important information regarding my own health to be passed on to the trainer in advance as this could cause a health and safety concern - this information was not passed on which really isn't good enough.

Time Management Course Beneficial

The trainer was friendly and informative. The course has made me think about the way I work and given me the necessary tools to sort my tasks to be more efficient.
