Chauffeur driven car from Heathrow
Booked a chauffeur driven car to take us from Heathrow to Essex after returning from holiday. Driver was on time and helpful and the car was comfortable. Calm driving experience and a reasonable price.
The booking process was straightforward and no charges were taken until the job was completed.
Basically everything we were looking for.

I booked week in advance for 6.10am…
I booked week in advance for 6.10am pickup for Harrods stock take so I would get there for 7, received a message at 6.40 that the driver was on the way I called him to cancel the booking as I was already in a Uber.

As usual Addison Lee proved themselves completely reliable. The car I booked for a journey turned up on time with a lovely driver. Then when my appointment was over I booked a car for the return journey and the driver ( equally charming) turned up in 10 minutes. I simply cannot recommend Addison Lee more highly.
