Badly Let Down
I have used Addison Lee regularly for many years. The last couple of years they have been excellent but this time they let me down Twice in 2 Days!
Both times were extremely inconvenient and difficult to arrange alternative transport at such short notice.

Very reliable
I booked a "return" trip for a medical appointment. The Addison Lee drivers were there on the spot and at the right time and in the right place. Couldn't have been easier and so convenient. There and back without any fuss.
