Excellent Service from Alicia all the way through the marketing and sale transaction .
Very professional, efficient and very pleasant at all times to deal with. Communication was speedy and she deslt with the purchasers in the same way helping to smooth the whole procedure. I can recommend her and the Company.

Agents and Homes were the best choice by far. I have been trying to sell my shared ownership property in London since 2008 on and off and had all but given up hope.

Rav’s level of professionalism and work ethic were a complete surprise from my previous experience in the sector.

Rav provided a personal service, he was super quick to respond and seemingly always available to provide advice and assistance. Overall he was consistently a pleasure to deal with.

Since lockdown I have lived in Cornwall and so Rav was there to provide access and deal with issues that came up at the property.

Rav was tenacious pushing the process along, resourceful when things started to go wrong and calm in in the face of pressured situations.

A&H are clearly an extraordinary estate agent and I am really glad Rav sat on my sofa - all the rest stood about when we met, then left as soon as possible !

With all the difficulties involved I doubt it would have sold by without you guys.

Nathan has been the one of the best agent I came across (and I have been in the property business for over 10 years). He is personal, responsive and always keeps me in the loop of the progress. I can’t recommend him more.

Nathan Kider was absolutely fantastic. This is the second property he’s sold for me and both times he made the process as easy as could be. His approach is personalised and he’s always at the end of the phone to answer questions. He has gone above and beyond throughout the process. I am always very stressed but Nathan made sure I was reassured throughout. Since I work long hours, it was Nathan that came in for surveys and other various visits from contractors etc. I honestly can’t recommend Nathan enough.

Simply put, Nathan Khider is an amazing estate agent. Not only was he the consummate professional, working tirelessly to sell our flat, but he was always available and more than happy to provide us with valuable advice and guidance on how to best navigate the whole marketing and sales process. His positive attitude and energy always made us feel like he couldn't do enough to provide whatever help we needed. To say that he went "above and beyond" doesn't really describe all that Nathan did for us.

I had been dreading the whole buying process but he steered me through it smoothly and went the extra mile, bringing the keys over on his bike on the day of my choice. Always there to answer queries. He also gave sensible, researched advice to my niece about her flat, even though she might not end up selling!

Worked with Nathan on the acquisition of a property. He really went the extra mile to help us through this process. He was always available for questions, was flexible in all meetings, and was super fast in getting things done asap. All in all a great experience.

Communication throughout the process was great. It was efficient throughout, and didn't once bombard me with voicemails like other estate agents. Every bit as clear and MUCH easier to deal with.

In short, as a first-time buyer, the experience with Nathan smashed my preconceptions about what it would be like to buy a house - and the service sounds much better than what my friend's received going through a similar process.

I just want to congrat Valerie from agent and homes. This girl is just amazing! She takes care of you like you are part of her family. Very efficient, great reactivity, if you have a problem she is here you could count on her. I had so bad experience with famous agents that you are paying for just not doing nothing.
Even if it seems to be a small agency, they are great.
First of all I hesitate to go there because they are not famous..after I though to take them with a famous one and see whi is going to win.. and it was agent and home with Valerie who found my tenants!!!
After she was here all the time at each step of the process, with good advices..
And also after when you need she answer you straigh away.
I found a top service in this agency that I never found NOWHERE ELSE…

Guillaume was incredibly helpful when I was considering to sell me country house. In the end and with Guillaume’s advice and market knowledge I decided to rent my property and will be increasing my rental portfolio with his assistance. His honesty is noteworthy :)

CJ went above and beyond to provide a valuation for a leasehold property that involved various tricky restrictions on resale. He produced a thorough and detailed report that met a very strict criteria. He was also incredibly flexible when booking the valuation date and arrived on time before emailing a copy of the report the same day. I have already recommended CJ to people I know who are selling their properties. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Will really went above and beyond to sell our place in Battersea. We were unlucky to have 2 buyers pull out as we were waiting for a probate. Will then did his own research and found out that we could appoint a trustee for the probate. This is would allow a buyer to buy our house and speed up the sale. Something our solicitor didn't even think of at the time... Apart from that when the earlier buyers pulled out he immediately contacted his previous leads and got them in for a viewing. In so doing we managed to keep the chain in tact and buy the place we wanted. This was all during lockdown etc. so as you can imagine it was tricky and not ideal circumstances. I cant recommend him enough!

Will worked really hard with a complicated chain to see my purchase through in Southfields SW18. He kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding of my frustrations and unplanned complications - can't recommend him highly enough.

Incredible service - we were so well looked after by Philip Seidl. Treated like human beings and a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rav was my agent and he was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this company. So much better than large estate agents where you get young pushy agents that are only interested in their bonuses. Rav gave good advice and negotiated a great price for me. He is professional but kind and made the whole process a pleasure.
