I recently attended the Agile Change Agent course delivered by Melanie Franklin. The course was excellent, engaging and insightful. The depth and breath of Melanie's knowledge was amazing and evident throughout the course. If anyone is interested in agile change I'd recommend this course for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and the pace at which Melanie delivered the course. So much to learn and we got through the programme well - definitely have to do the pre-course reading to keep up :)

Excellent service, flexibility, teaching and examination. Good pre-work provided and materials studied. Good videos and stories.

Melanie was a great trainer across 2 days and really brought the subject alive with interactive sessions and sharing real life examples. I can't wait to implement what I've learnt into my next project!

Inspiring and energising. It's a really intense course but I can't recommend it enough. Melanie brings the syllabus to life to make sure you get your qualification and then she goes above and beyond and makes it really insightful, thought-provoking and practical. She shares her phenomenal experience and wisdom. I thought I had a decent baseline of change managment knowledge already but I came away inspired with a whole heap of practical ideas and models and new thinking to test out and apply. (Tip - do the prework properly - it will be hard to keep up if you don't!)

Very intense and demanding course with a lot of theoretical concepts and not as much emphasis on practical application; at times it felt like some things were being rushed. Having said that Melanie is an amazing trainer and did her best to bring it all to life by drawing on her wealth of experience in this area. She is very passionate and enthusiastic about change which was very inspiring and refreshing - I felt privileged to have had the access to someone so well established in this field; she was recommended to me by someone who's done this course with her before and I sure will be passing on the recommendations too. Thank you Melanie.

Melanie is an in inspiring coach, who uses her vast experience to demonstrate practical applications of the training provided. Her delivery and enthusiasm - and knowledge - made an intensive course so much fun. An intense course but well worth it. As a senior manager who has orchestrated several change programmes I could have taken the view that there wasn't much this course could teach me, and I would have been wrong! This is not only informative it's thought provoking, and has made me a better change leader. Melanie Franklin's style of delivery is really engaging, with quality materials and great support. Mel is a leading authority in the field and an exceptional facilitator. She is able to navigate the groups' diverse backgrounds and knowledge bases, as well as reinforce theory and concepts with real-life actionable examples, leveraging her own expertise. Definitely a great investment.

I really, really enjoyed this course. Melanie is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic level of detail on the 'theory' but the best part is that she has extensive experience and really knows how to deepen understanding by giving practical examples.
Although we were confined to zoom, Melanie did a great job in making the course as interactive as possible, meaning that all learning styles and preferences were catered for.

The Change Management Practitioner course was demanding and insightful. Melanie made the content super engaging with her extensive experience in the field and a well planned agenda for the week.

The course is intense but very well thought out, and Melanie has incorporated so many effective learning techniques so you feel well supported going into the exams. The most valuable aspect of this course is having Melanie as an instructor and having a virtual class, as Melanie puts the material into context and you have lots of opportunity to discuss how you’d use the learning in your work. You leave feeling able to implement the learnings effectively.

I really enjoyed this training. The training was both practical and theoretical. I leaned so much in such a short space of time. The advice we were given before starting the training was excellent and the delivery during the week was exceptional. I will absolutely be able to apply what I have leaned in the areal world context.
