worst customer service ever seen
So I made a contract with those guys about a flight that got cancelled so that they try to get compansation for me. That happened before 6 or 7 months and after all this long time wait there was no update no nothing. Before half month I send them that I wanna close the contract because they don't push the airline to give me the compensation or anything. They haven't given me any type of response about 13 days now if it's even cancelled after they asked me about the flight number. This is the worst possible website, do not use them! waste of time! If I could I would put 0 stars.Thanks. ref number ACZ140379
