Efficient service both on booking and the actual transfer.

Easy to book and taxi came as promised even though I booked really late the night before. The taxi driver was very helpful. I left something at the hotel and he took me back to pick it up without charging me any extra. Will use again.

I booked a taxi via myprivatedriver be I missed a non-refundable international plane ride out of Brussels, because my RESERVED taxi never showed up and I wasn't able to secure another taxi or ride in time for the check-in cutoff. After calling my third taxi service I was able to arrive at the airport 10 minutes prior to the takeoff time, which is a no go. Would this be worth attempting to bring them to small claims? do not use them is a disaster company.

Nothing to say, it was perfect!

I'm happy of the overall experience. The driver was very kind and the travel very pleasant. The only minus is that we had requested a baby seat which was not present because the system didn't transmit this information to the driver. It is the second time it happens with this company.

Réservation très facile en ligne. Prix abordable et fixe. J'ai apprécié le fait que l'on ne soit pas obligé de payer par carte de crédit au moment de la reservation.
Chauffeur très ponctuel et courtois. Service porte à porte de l'appartement ou nous étions à Paris à l'aéroport Charles de Gaule !
Première belle expérience avec ce type de service.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

We already used the Airport Shuttles several times and they were always on time. The drivers are extremely polite and helpful. The service couldn't be better. Keep up the good work.
Next time we travel we surely will use this service again.
