I ordered the Clamp Exhibition merch in August 2024, since it was marked with "Release Oct/Nov 2024". After not hearing anything about my order by December, I contacted the shop. They told me that they couldn't get the merch yet, and will try again on the next possible date. In January/February 2025.
Okay, fine. I will wait I guess.
By March or April I contacted them again, since I was slowly losing interest in this order. They told me the same thing again. And I mean I really get it. Its exhibition exl. merch - BUT I asked to cancel the order, since I was going to visit Japan in May 2025 and could pick the stuff in shops by myself at this point. Just to be told that they don't offer cancelations/refunds. And that they will wait till May for the official release and that I will get my order in JUNE 2025!
At this point I was just pissed. I got the order in late June 2025. Ordering it in August 2024.
On top I had to pay 30€ taxes, making this whole experience just sad. I won't ever order again here.
I bet this shop is okay for merch that is available, but not for pre-order. Making customers wait for 10 months. I couldn't even be happy about my Clamp merch after this whole thing.

Ho ordinato una figure da Aitai Kuji, tutto è andato perfettamente. Non conoscevo il sito, ma sicuramente comprerò di nuovo da loro perché tutto è andato liscio.
Li ho trovati tramite un'inserzione su instagram, e hanno veramente tantissima roba su qualsiasi fandom!
Lascio la recensione in italiano perché ho avuto difficoltà a trovare recensioni da connazionali.

Product didn't look as advertised
First time placing an order with Aitai Kuji and the product I purchased did not look like what was advertised, and I'm disappointed. I didn't mind the waiting since the item was As-order Basis and that's completely fine - it's something I'm used to, not my first waiting rodeo. But I was excited and trusted that the plush looked exactly as it was pictured (which was the sole reason I bought it) and unfortunately it doesn't. Now I'm stuck with something I don't even want.

I needed support to change a shipping address for a pending order and they solved the issue within the day. The customer service is kind and trustworthy, as they listen and don't just give cookie cutter answers. Waiting for my plushie now! :)

They never bought my item and didn't tell me ;-; Now it's too late.
I ordered a Vanitas Ring from Mochijun's 25th anniversary pop-up store through Aitai Kuji in January. It was supposed to arrive in May. While friends who ordered through other sources had already received theirs, I heard nothing.
After contacting customer service in June, I learned that my order had never been placed due to a one-per-person item limit. However, I was never informed of this. Had I not reached out, I would never have known. This delay meant I missed the final chance to buy the item elsewhere, as I only found this out 3 days before the event ended.
I received a refund quickly, but the lack of communication caused me to lose something I really cared about. If you really care about the item and need clear communication, please be cautious.
This was my first and last experience using Aitai Kuji.
I’m sharing this to help other fans avoid the same heartbreak. Be vigilant and stay in touch with support if you choose to order through them and ensure your order is fufilled.

Une commande reçue abîmer et pas neuf.
J'ai commandé une Lampe Arcane.
Je l'ai reçus dans un état horrible : Boite abîmer énormément, lampe pas ranger correctement dans sa boîte, lampe remplie de griffure partout (tout laisse à croire qu'elle a était utiliser, donc on ne m'a pas donner une lampe neuf) et défectueuse...
J'ai payer cette lampe avec la douane pratiquement 100€.
J'envoie donc un mail pour essayer de trouver une solution, on me répond avec un assez gros délais mais normal ils sont occupée ! Au début l'équipe est assez compréhensive, cependant part la suite celui qui vend la lampe à essayer de trouver des excuses en disant que il y a un film plastique à retiré sur la lampe, je fais 2 fois une vidéo montrant qu'il n'y en as pas, que la lampe est bien abîmer... (preuve du coup, que la lampe n'étais pas neuf si de base, il devais y avoir un film plastique !).
Au début on me propose de renvoyer la lampe, ce que je refuse car je devrais repayer la douane et c'est très cher ! On me propose alors de me rembourser seulement 17€ alors que ce n'est même pas la moitié du prix de la lampe. Je demande alors si on peux me renvoyer une lampe, ou qu'on me rembourse intégralement le prix de la lampe... la réponse ? Aucune. On ne me répond plus maintenant... Moi qui voulais repayer des objets intéressants, je vais me retenir... ce n'est pas professionnel de ne pas donner un objet neuf et d'ignorer les mail surtout quand on est en faute...
Peut-être que mon avis feras réagir.

Received the delivered box mildly roughed up, some of the items container inside were rough up. Thankfully the items inside were intact but there was fear of them being broken/damaged

First time buyer!
As a first time buyer, I was curious how my experience would be, or if it was a scam site. Whenever I had a question, or concerns about my order, they were able to answer and offer reassurance via email. All I had to do was wait and see.
I had pre-ordered a product and, while it took a bit to get to their warehouse after their presumed release date, I received my item within a week of it shipping out, which was unexpected (thanks Japan and Canada). Everything came in great shape and nothing was broken or dented! I will definitely be buying from Aitai Kuji again in the future! Thank you!

General Experience with Aitai☆Kuji over the last year
This is my fourth or fifth order from Aitai☆Kuji by now and every single time the whole process from ordering to delivery goes through flawlessly.
Customer Service also responds rather fast and in a quite positive manner to any inquiries like my Address-change or asking about a Preorder.
I can and will keep recommending the Store to anyone seeking merchandise from Japan.
