Quick delivery good service highly recommended

Very good experience shopping first time Ambience Flooring online. Everything is clear and smooth. We over-bought some rolls of underlay and other stuff, return (in original packaging) was such a smooth process and refund was paid to our bank the following day when parcel reached them.

The quality of the product is excellent as is the friendly service
Thank you

The person I spoke to ordered my product. I was phoned as promised when the product was ready for collection. I saved money ordering direct and when I collected the member of staff carried the heavy items to my car and placed in my boot. Fantastically efficient and professional service.

Just received my flooring the samples were lovely but the texture of them can’t be seen in a picture I have no problem in recommending them to sanyone

Product arrived promptly. And as described. Thanks.

Excellent knowledge and advice when we visited the store in Leicester.

Efficient and good communication. Delivered quickly. Highly recommend.

The advice given was very good and the delivery came when arranged

I ordered online a solid wood bullnose for the top of my stairs and it is the exact colour I needed... Delivery was within 4 days and it came carefully wrapped. Highly recommend

I was surprised by the fast delivery as I'm in Scotland and that usually means two days minimum (for 1 day delivery). I had a question on the type of Osmo I'd chosen and this too was answered speedily and helpfully. I have now used the osmo oil and am delighted with the clear satin finish which I had been unsure about. Excellent all round experience would definitely use this company next time.

Incredibly efficient - Ordered Osmo products and was pleased to have next day delivery, nicely packaged and exactly right.

Great service from start to finish from Neil

Very helpful on the phone: I received some free scotia samples within 48 hours. Having found a good match, I ordered several lengths which were competitively priced, well packaged, and delivered promptly. The scotia appears to be of very good quality: easy to saw with mitre cuts without fraying the patterned veneer, and easy to pin to skirting board without splitting.

Great speedy service, would definitely use again. Thumbs up .Thanks
