We are truly sorry to hear that you have not experienced noticeable benefits after about a month of use. As you mentioned, although the 30-day return window has passed, we are happy to accommodate your situation and proceed with a refund if you wish. Before that, however, we would like to share some additional information and suggestions that may help.

Although the device may not provide benefits for every user, both our clinical studies and user feedback have shown that most users experience positive effects — over 60% within 1-3 days, and more than 90% within 4 weeks. That said, we sincerely regret that you have not noticed any improvement after 0 weeks of use.

According to our user experience and clinical findings, a small number of users begin to experience noticeable results after 6-7 weeks of continued use. Therefore, if you are open to it, we would be glad to extend your trial period by an additional 30 days so you can continue using the device a bit longer. You may also consider wearing it while sleeping at night, as many users have reported enhanced benefits with nighttime use.

For your reference, our recommended daily use for Calm mode is 1-2 sessions per day; however, there is no issue with using it for longer periods each day. Many customers who experience significant benefits use the device for more than 3 sessions daily in hopes of achieving greater results.

We recommend 1 session (3 hours) of Calm mode during the day, and another session before going to bed in the evening. That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the mode switching issue during the night.

In this case, Lock Function can be helpful because this will allow you to lock the buttons so that the buttons aren't operated unintentionally during sleep.

As you can see on Page 4 of the User Manual, there are instructions for two features, including Lock Function. Also, you may watch this video that shows how to operate the two features.

=Instructions for Lock Function=
1. Please first turn on the device.
2. When the device is operating, 'quickly' tap the C area (Logo button for power on&off) 3 times in a row.
3. The LED will blink in red twice, indicating that it is locked.
4. If you tap the C area 3 times in a row again, LED will blink in red once, indicating that it is unlocked.

Tip - Some users had difficulty in activating these functions if they pressed 3 times hard and slowly. Therefore, it will be easier to set this up by quickly tapping the button three times in a row.
