My credit card was charged over $300…
My credit card was charged over $300 dollars more than price of the item I purchased. Then I was charged an extra 90 some dollars from DHL to deliver my item or they were going to send it back. I still have not received my item. Please respond and explain the extra changes.

Abysmal after-sales
I ordered winter golf shoes which arrived in a reasonable timeframe. However, the shoes were a ‘wide’ fitting. There was no mention of this or choice of fittings on the website so i asked the retailer to accept the return and pay for the postage as i hadn’t been provided with all the necessary information at point of purchase. Two emails later i still hadn’t had the courtesy of a response. I now have to use the small claims court to get a fair outcome - not what I was expecting when buying some golf shoes.

Fast, easy and reliable
First time ordering from here and definitely won’t be my last. Had a query on the club shaft I was purchasing, owner contacted me straight away and went out his way to check for me. Wasn’t expecting delivery to be so fast too, highly recommend.
