OUR DOG WAS NOT VERY WELL BUT WE VISITED ANIMAL TRUST IN DEWSBURY AND WE SAW LAUREN SMITH WILSON WHO IS A VERY GOOD VET. SHE TOLD US ABOUT EVERYTHING SHE COULD DO FOR OUR DOG WHO IS CALLED JACK , A LABRADOR. SHE KNEW A LOT ABOUT LABRADOR DOGS AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING SHE COULD GIVE US TO HELP HIM AND AFTER ONE DAY IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING I KNOW IT IS EARLY DAYS YET BUT WE ARE VERY CONFIDENT THE VET WORKED WELL . THANK YOU FOR TAKING A LOT OF WORRY AND STRESS OFF US.

Great practice i was seen very quickly the vet was amazing with my dog, and explained everything to me. the place is lovely and clean im super happy with the service

Leah the Vet ,was really nice ,nice to my Dog .Would hope she would be the one ,to attend to my Dog ,if needed in the Future .

Booked online, a routine appointment at the Wrexham branch but upon calling reception to ask for some advice until my appointment in a few days time the receptionist offered me a sooner appointment that afternoon. The vet was lovely, explained everything to me in detail and explained that she would like to see my dog in a further 2 weeks to check on progress.
The only thing I would have liked is for them to be more transparent with prices when going through a treatment plan (understand this is down to me too not asking).

friendly helpful staff no long wait to make an appointment and always help with emergency if it arises. Good 24 hour service and the Vets have always been caring with the four dogs and two cats that I have taken there. Over the past seven years. My animals are all the rescue animals and have been looked after with Care and compassion. Highly recommended.

We took our 2 cats to get prescription flea treatment and to get vet to look at blisters on face of 1 cat. On-line we booked 2 appointments 1/4 hour apart. The receptionist moved the 2nd appointment so it was straight after the first, cutting our waiting time. The vet was friendly and polite and we were very happy with the recommended treatment, which was very inexpensive.

Took our boy to the wrexham practice after having a very unfulfilled session at another practice, I can honestly say we left so relieved after having bloods etc done, we finally found out what was wrong with him. Young female vet, redish hair, purple clogs, i think her name is Lizzy. So thorough with him. Absolutely star 🌟 thankyou so much 💖

We have been going to Animal Trust Liverpool (Dovecot) for the last 18 months.

Reception staff are really friendly and happy to help.
Vet themselves are really knowledgeable (as expected) and offer help and opinions.

I would highly recommend this branch of Animal Trust

(wouldn't say the say the same for the emergency one in Ellesmere Port)

I'd also recommend taking out their PasAssist plan as it save a fortune on prescription medication as well as including yearly boosters.

I have nothing but praise, for the vets and nurses in the Shrewsbury branch. That are exceptional.
My cat Lucy, made it through pancreatitis last autumn, because of their care.
We saw Chloe today, for nail trimming and routine vaccinations. She was superb as was Josh, who we saw for Lucy’s healthy pet check and vaccinations, last month.
Excellent… what more can I say. Thank you 💕🐈‍⬛

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr Paulina Vyra at Animal Trust Barnsley. She has been absolutely amazing with our dog, Ramsey. She was incredibly professional, caring and thorough, while also having the most lovely, bubbly personality. She genuinely made our day!

You can really tell how much she cares about both the animals she treats and their owners. Such a wonderful human being and an absolute asset to the Animal Trust team. We couldn't recommend Paulina highly enough. Thank you so much for looking after Ramsey! ❤️🐾

Animal trust vets have always been polite and helpful and easy to book online. Also, you can see the same vet, which is good for our dog

Staff were lovely my dog is not a happy vet goer and everyone was very understanding and made it a pleasant experience for him and me.

Really lovely staff and great value for money with the animal trust pet plan

The main problem with this place is ‘Dawn’. She’s rude, unsympathetic, unprofessional, she needs a course on being sympathetic. Receptionists should show compassion and respect owners visiting instead she’s the total opposite. Not what you want when visiting for help with your family baby! If you don’t like your job then why not go look for something else where you have no contact with the general public.

Polite friendly staff overall, the attention my pet received from the vet was amazing and cannot be beaten on price highly recommended.

Took our staffie as she was not a very well dog,made appointment to find she had cancer,the vet we saw truly was amazing,did bloods and got results in 30 mins showing high markers in her system,gave pain relief right away,a week later she wasnt well and went emergency vet,the cost was cheaper than a vet we had used previously but it was sunday and wehad to travel a few miles,again iy was worth it as they gave her more meds.at next appointment we were told her time was short but again she was kept pain free.been again today and again given injection and tablets,we know her time is short but we know when it comes she will be in the best hands,her vet is a man who truly cares for his patients,he was tearing up when he told us we were not going to have her for long.The kindness and compassionwas there for us to see.We would give 10 stars if we could.
