Appalling customer service. I ordered a dress in February and after waiting 3 months for it with emails constantly telling me that it would be dispatched nothing arrived.i have asked for a refund and they simply say they are referring me to the appropriate team who never get back to me. At least 30 emails later and still no refund and we are now nearly in July. Shocking customer service
Regarding your reply please read above. I have constantly emailed your team with promises of a refund and then totally ignored.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered an item in Jan and five months later, still no top. I wrote several times to say they were in breach of contract, (not being able to deliver in a timely fashion). They refused to refund me and stopped replying to my emails. In the end I had to get my credit card company involved to recover my money. Avoid at all costs! Just awful!
Such a shame as I’ve ordered before and although a little slow, I have loved the clothes. This company should be avoided!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have been owed €420 since August 2025 and still have not received a refund! I’ve emailed 15 times and keep getting an automated response. Can anyone from the company reply with a way of solving the problem please?

Writing another review as the company pretend to respond on here telling you to email ‘hello@alb’. The email address does not even exist, I get a bounce back every time. Still awaiting a refund of £390 and never receiving a response from them. If I do it’s the same answer it’s been for 3 weeks, ‘we’re awaiting an update’. Yet no response when you ask who from or what is taking so long? Shambles of a company and awful awful customer service. If they could not handle the orders then they just need to be transparent and offer people refunds when they cannot deliver. Instead they are scamming and keeping money but never delivering. DO NOT ORDER

Terrible company to deal with. Dresses arrive promptly but sizing is awful and once returned you do not get your money back. I am still trying so it anyone can help please let me know. I have proof of return and I just get AI responses back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could get Anne Louise Boutique a 0, I would. They received my returned item at the start of Feb, waited until mid March to tell me they were issuing a refund, then have still (as of end of June) *not* issued the refund. I have to contact them several times a week, and they repeatedly say they are checking with their warehouse team or finance team and will get back to me asap, and never do. They don't have a problem violating their own Return Policy, or the law. It is disgusting to treat a customer this way, and unethical. I'm sure they will pretend to deny this in the comments (I am not using my real name for obvious reasons), but they are very much aware of this situation.

This company pretends that it is based out of Santa Barbara, CA. The pants I received were pictured as jeans but the material on the ones sent were like a Halloween costume. They do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. They get one star for at least answering my email. They offer30% money back because it is too expensive to send back to China. I would not buy from these scammers.

Scammer ur email also a scam thanks .Hi, these people are biggest frauds.they said they returned my item and refunded but never did for months and I had to get common wealth bank of australia to assess and do the refund . I posted that with comm bank evidence on their fb which they blocked . Their email ppl say we have escalated never have. I’m planning actually make a formal complaint to UK police once I’m there with the proof from bank as it seems frauding is there norm and their business and I’ll teach you all a lesson very soon on my trip . Also they have flagged my review and trust pilot has put it back .ill get back to you all with uk police scammers

£350 was taken out of my bank account for a dress that has never been sent. Currently on email number 35 with this brand. Their responses make it clear that the company is fraudulent and they have stolen my money.

AI customer service that replies the same reply every time you contact them.  this must be the most frustrating company ever to deal with. They are scammers and will not refund you when you send your items back.😡😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a dress in May, which was advertised with a dispatch date of 7 June. After that date passed without any update, I had to chase them repeatedly across multiple channels just to get any response at all.

Every time I reached out myself, I received nothing but generic, copy-paste replies that completely failed to address my actual concern. First I was told it would be dispatched "this week" - only after chasing them again did they inform me it won't be sent until end of June. No proactive communication, no explanation, no apology, no accountability.

I ordered this dress specifically because of the advertised dispatch date, as I need it for a special occasion at the end of June. The dress is now completely useless to me if it arrives late. I have been misled from the start and strung along with false promises.

At this point, I seriously doubt that the dress will even be dispatched by end of June. Every deadline given to me has been missed without explanation, and I have every reason to believe I am simply being strung along with no intention of the order ever being fulfilled.

I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone - regardless of whether your order is time-sensitive or not. A shop that misleads customers about dispatch dates, fails to communicate proactively, and responds only with empty reassurances when chased is simply not trustworthy. Based on the comments I have also seen from other customers on their Instagram page, this appears to be a recurring issue and not an isolated case.

I will now be formally requesting the cancellation of my order and the termination of the purchase contract, and will be seeking a full refund of the amount paid.

Been waiting 5 weeks for a refund. Customer services just reply saying the dress is being checked and they will let me know when they have an update. Trading standards states I should have received the refund within 14 days of them receiving it…

They reply saying email their ‘hello@alb’ mailbox but it bounces. Useless.

This has been my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order for a dress costing £385 in March. I have still not received the dress. I have sent numerous emails to customer services asking for an update and received only standard responses asking me to be patient. It is now 3 months they have had my money. There is no contact number I can find so I can’t speak to anyone. I have, more recently, emailed to cancel the order and requested a full refund but again I get stock responses asking me to be patient while a different team consider my request. Appalling lack of customer care, appalling delivery situation. I would advise against anyone ever ordering from this company. I will be seeking my refund through the courts if necessary.
