Avoid this company by all means, total scam! We ordered a full set of kitchen appliances and delivered different models with a long delay! No compensation, No apologies. Did promise to send some hob twists to cover part of the difference in price, three months waiting no response no communication - very rude guy called SAM. He is lying on your face, Hung up our calls, Once the payment made this company shows its real ugly face, Very very poor after sale customer service!

Ali was excellent . Worked out the problem quickly and lovely polite and totally professional . Skilled and efficienct . From diagnosing the problem to sourcing the parts for my old oven . Always better to repair rather than replace. I highly recommend him

I ordered a Miele fridge from this company, but they never delivered it and never issued a refund. Customer service claimed they sent a cancellation confirmation email — I never received anything. I’ve followed up over and over again, but they just keep lying and making excuses. This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered the Miele Tumble Dryer on Thursday, 17 July, after a chat with Sam, the person who answered the phone, as he said the appliance will be delivered on Wednesday, 23 July, or Friday, 25 July. I never got a delivery date or time, so I called several times, as no one would answer the phone. Despite leaving messages, no one called me. I eventually after a few tries managed to speak to Sam, who was abrupt and said he will cancel the order and put the phone down on me. Very very poor client care.

I have since received a credit, but no refund on my credit card. I hope that I will not have to chase them for the money. Not worried as the credit card company can now deal with them.

Whilst the website gives the impression it is a sleek organisation, I am left with the view that it is a one-man operation with him answering the phone, taking deliveries, unpacking, and doing everything on his own. What a way to run a business !!!

I would AVOID placing an order with this company as you will have to do ALL the work to get your goods.

There are some good organisations out there that will serve you a lot better e.g. Appliance City etc.

The engineer contacted us 15 minutes before arrival. He was very efficient and explained everything clearly and resolved the problem. Very courteous

Did not delivery my fridge freezer on 30th June as stated on email, nor contact me after it wasn't delivered. I called them 2 day later they told me they would delivery it in 2 days. They did not, so I called them again this time they said it hasn't actually been sent to their store from the manufacturer yet that they would receive it in 2 days time. They still didnt deliver it after 4 days so I called them again. This time they said they received my item and will delivery it the next day. They didnt. I called them again, this time they said their system was hacked and would refund my money in 3 working days. I am still waiting for my refund after 8 days. Avoid avoid.

Fraud! Beware! Worst customer service experience! Banned! This is the worst service I've ever had. I booked a dryer repair, and they mistakenly told me they ordered a part. For weeks, they didn’t provide any updates. When I called, they casually said it might take months, then hung up. It availability myself and found it available for next-day delivery. I ordered the part and booked an engineer, but he didn't show up without any checked the par call or update.or an explanation, they refused to explain and abruptly ended the call. This company is a nightm When I called fare! I would never recommend them to anyone!

An engineer arrived in time, has found the problem in washing machine and efficiently sorted out. I am happy that we can do washings now, all back to normal as much appreciated.

Bob was very professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Had required parts on the van.

Samsung fridge freezer had an electrical/parts fault as later swiftly diagnosed by a Samsung approved maintenance co. Appliancecentre engineer did not even check the appliance diagnostics (easily done by any professional) but simply told us that it either had a gas leak or motor was broken, either way probably need to replace. My subsequent complaint to the company was not properly addressed just gaslighting me. Do not use this company: unprofessional and I suspect they want to push you down the route of replacement and - guess what - they sell appliances! A complete waste of £108

This company is the worst do not use.
1) machine engineer said not leaking when it was flooding the floor then claimed drum was cracked. Although apart from leak it worked perfectly. I was told not to use as dangerous.

2) Ordered a new one promised 3 days no arrival so checked 10/7/25 and they said 9am till 12pm 11/7/25, no show phoned twice only to be hung up on both times and cancelled my order so they have my money and I have no machine.

This company is a JOKE.
First time the engineer came, told us that we needed a new part for our washing machine.
The engineer did nothing, and we were charged £78 pounds, and told once we have the parts, he would come back and fit the parts.
We got the parts, called them to come and fit the parts because we need a washing machine.
First we were told we had to pay again to get the engineer to fit the parts, then the manager called me, saying the engineer would come and fit the parts for free. The engineer will come between 12-4.
He never came.
I called to speak to the manager, he said that because we left a bad review on Trustpilot.com, we did not, the job has been cancelled and they will not fit the parts.
This is ridiculous.
Apart from this review I am writing now, after speaking with the manager, there was no bad review from my family as we had not even got any service yet.

The customer service is also terrible.

Do Not Use This Company.

The repair technician inspected the appliance and concluded that it was beyond repair. He charged the call-out fee and left.

The machine was not draining. The man from the Centre claimed to have mended it showing me some pieces of cardbard he had got out of the machine, but when I tried it afterwards it was still not draining. I expect better service, even if it's to tell me that the machine couldn't be mended.

He told me to buy a new appliacne from your store.

Successful visit. Found the fault with my oven.

The engineer came out exactly when they said they would, and quickly identified the problem. The soap drawer was leaking, a new part needed to be ordered before it could be repaired, he didn't know how much it would be, but would get back to me.
£90 for that first visit, and he was in and out in no more than 20 minutes.
He called the following day, to replace the soap dispenser drawer would cost a further £139 (!!) I said I'd think about it and get back to him.
I called back the next day and spoke to someone else, they said it was probably best for me to order the part and call them when it arrived and they'd come and fit it. So they emailed me the link.
Turns out the part costs £46, they were going to charge a further £90 for labour!!! I had assumed the first £90 would cover the initial call out and the return visit to fit the part, so long as total time was less than an hour...
Not bad, £180 for less than an hour's work!!! I might change jobs!
Anyway, found a video online and fitted it myself, took 5 minutes and saved myself £90...
