DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We had a visit from an engineer who identified parts that needed replacing. We paid for the visit and the parts were ordered. We have now been waiting 2 months and still not had a return visit. The manager is one of the rudest people imaginable (could do with a course in customer service) and shouts that we just have to wait. We are now having to find a different engineer and pay for a new call out. Awful awful awful. Avoid avoid avoid

Our engineer, Bab, was prompt and very helpful. Diagnosed the problem with our fridge immediately. We had to order a part and he returned a few days later when it had been delivered. He fitted it and didn’t charge for the extra visit.

I booked a washing machine installation and delivery for a Saturday. They did not tell me that it would not be delivered until the following Monday until I rang on the day of delivery. Appalling communication and organisation

Ordered, paid, the goods were not delivered and adifferent reason was given every time I contacted Appliancentre. After nearly a month of waiting I cancelled the order. A credit memo for my Appliancentre order was emailed to me straight away with a reason for refund ‘Outside coverage area’ which was not correct but maybe it was the only option that could be selected in their IT system. The refund supposed to be processed within 5-7 business days. Over 3 weeks and still waiting. I tried to call Customer Services but after c. 15 min waiting get disconnected. My messages in Chat were marked as delivered and sometimes even as read but never responded to; I got automatically disconnected after about 40min waiting.

I put an order for a gas hob. I was told tat it would be delivered in 21/6/25 . Then you changed it to deliver on 25/6/25. Now you say you can not delver it at all . I have already paid £ 70 to the fitter to install it. When I spoke to the service manager he very bluntly told me that the can not deliver the product at all and immediately shut the phone . I would not give ay star to this firm and advise all the customers to never go near to this firm.

Please avoid this company!!!!! I called them for a repair on my fridge. The technician came and said I was better off buying a new one, but promised me to price match with my brand of choice (Miele). I noticed the price he offered was £100 more than on the Miele website itself, but he said I would get free delivery and free removal of the old fridge, plus a 5 year warranty.
When the drivers came, they firstly stated I needed to pay £40 for the old fridge to be removed and weren't aware I was on a first floor (the technician who made the order came upstairs of course). I had to argue with them, and actually they did a very good job (Ali and Mahmood). I then discovered the warranty was only 2 years. When I called the customer service asking about my promised 5 year warranty, I was treated extremely badly by the same sales assistant, who repeatedly hung on me. He is denying I have access to a 5 year warranty. And with a very rude manner.
I am now even doubting I needed a new fridge, since my previous Miele fridge was only 6 years old and never had troubles. Maybe it had an issue fixable at a little cost. And the technician sold me a new fridge with no need.
This company is clearly a bad set up, and their customer service is appalling. Stay away if you can!!!!

Jokers. Worst customer service, avoid.

Appointment was booked yesterday and confirmed today for a late afternoon timeslot at my tenanted property. The engineer then rang me and the tenant multiple times in the morning wanting to come immediately and sounding quite cross that access wasn't possible. He eventually said he'd call his boss. When I rang customer services they said that the engineer wanted to come earlier. I said that this wasn't possible, I'd like them to come at the booked time. They said this wasn't possible. I asked why it had been booked. They said they couldn't come and put the phone down on me.
EDIT - unfortunately I can't attach the screenshots showing that despite what is said in the reply to this review, the appointment was confirmed by both email and text on the morning of the appointment. The company hasn't replied to my email asking them to correct the reply.

Worst customer service experience ever.

The childish man running this company should be ashamed of himself; he needs a serious lesson in communication (biggest understatement made).

Took £500 for a dishwasher and never gave me any update. Whenever I rang up they would shout at me and hang up. Then stopped taking my calls for days on end. Then when I finally got through and complained after no progress or update for weeks, he again shouted at me, shouted refund, and hung up… I’m still waiting for my money back.

Avoid at all costs.

Delivery was not delivered on the original date.

This company offered the most competitive price for the washing machine we wanted, they delivered within 5 working and days. The delivery men were superb, never had service like that. They were friendly accommodating, quick and didn't leave until everything was perfect. I used John Lewis and Currys before but never received excellent service like this, I would use this company again price, service, and cuatomer experience absolutely excellent. The worst ever company. Order placed on 07/05, for 2 wine coolers, confirmation received and delivery date was set for 10/05. After almost 2 weeks waiting, the order was never received, the customer service agent was rude, and didn't want to speak or find out what happened with my order. I did request the refund, haven't received the confirmation yet. I hope I will received the refund because the review for this company are really bad

The dishwasher was due to be delivered on 16th in the morning. Despite many callas and assurance that it would come by 4pm it did not and I received no call to let me know. It was then rearranged for Monday but when I called was told it would be on Wednesday. The dishwasher actually arrived on Tuesday and by luck I was in. The sales service was very poor.
The installation however was excellent - helpful, polite and efficient. For this part I would give 5*

You failed to deliver my appliance. I waited in and you didn’t arrive or make any contact to say you weren’t delivering. Very poor customer service.

Ordered an AEG Dishwasher. Excellent service from ordering to delivery and installation. Arrived on time, installed thr new dishwasher and left everything tidy.

Please do not use this company, it’s literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I’d read the reviews before using them.

We had someone come to fix our washer dryer, they were 2 hours late and stayed for 10 minutes. They recommended using a descaler, which we did, but it didn’t work. When I called to ask for someone else to come out, the person on the phone was incredibly aggressive, saying they weren’t going to get someone to come back out. I asked to speak to the manager about it and he shouted at me that he was the manager. I’ve never experienced someone at a company speaking to me like that. He then hung up on me. I was quite shook after it. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I just want to write a follow up based on the response from the company. The engineer did not arrive at 12:22. It was 2pm, I even have the record of the call I received at that time when he arrived. He stayed for 10 minutes so a full inspection was not done. When I called, I didn’t ask for cleaning services, I asked if someone could come to do a full inspection of our washer dryer to determine if we needed a new drum since the engineer said if the descaler didn’t work that may be the case. Instead of receiving customer service, I was shouted at and hung up on.

I only rang to enquire about getting a kitchenaid mixer repair and the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I wouldn't trust them with anything.
