It used to be perfect company to give classes through but lately I have read some reviews claiming they have been keeping teachers’ money under unrealistic excuses like verifying IDs and bank account.
I can’t access my money on their platform and don’t know what to do

Plateforme très facile à utiliser où on peut trouver facilement ce que l'on cherche.

Je recommande vivement ce site pour sa fiabilité, sa sécurité et la qualité de ses professeurs. Le service client est exceptionnel, ils ont suivi ma demande de A à Z jusqu'à ce que je n'aie plus besoin de cours. De plus, ils ont même procédé au remboursement du solde restant de ma commande. Franchement, un grand bravo et un grand merci pour tout.

Mes cours de violon se sont très bon passés. J'ai aimé la plateforme, facile à utiliser.

L'équipe support est très serviable. J'ai contacté un prof qui s'est avéré indisponible, ils sont intervenus rapidement pour m'aider à en trouver un autre. Merci pour le soutien rapide et efficace !

Que des problèmes ! Site chaotique.

Des tarifs horaires qui changent d'un jours à l'autre. Des professeurs qui fixent des cours sans tenir compte ni avertir l'élève. Des professeurs pas au niveau des attentes. Des frais d'inscription exorbitant pour rien.

1) J'ai acheté 10 cours, j'en ai fait 1. J'ai voulu changer de prof A. Évidemment, ils ont déduit les frais d'inscription et garder l'argent pour les cours.

2) Entre temps, ce professeur a augmenté ses tarifs. Maintenant, ce prof A conteste et demande plus d'argent.

3) Le prof B était en retard et pas à la hauteur, pourtant, je lui avais envoyé des pdf avec les exercices.

4) Le prof B a augmenté ses tarifs (idem que prof A) et réservé un cours sans me prévenir.

Au final, j'ai déboursé des dizaines d'euros pour rien.

Apprentus is een handige site voor het vinden van prive leraren. Dit dient als een tussen persoon voor het geval je leraar afzegt of je niet tevreden bent met je les. Dan krijg je gratis nieuwe leraar of je geld terug.
Zelf heb ik een taaldocent geboekt en deze is erg professioneel en vriendelijk.
De klanten service heb ik al een keer gecontacteerd en zij reageren redelijk snel.
Mijn probleem met apprentus is het constant lastig vallen met onbelangrijke emails. Bijvoorbeeld als je eerste les hebt gehad dan krijg je elke week een reminder om een review te schrijven. Dit kun je niet uitzetten. Nadat ik de klantenservice had gevraagd om hier mee te stoppen kreeg ik het antwoord dat ze nog niet de technologie hadden om deze mails niet te sturen en dat ik maar een review moest schrijven. Uiteindelijk toch maar gedaan om er vanaf te zijn. Dan vervolgens geeft apprentus mijn contact gegevens aan een andere website die ook een review van mij wilt.

Décevant. La plateforme est bien faite, en revanche j'ai été contactée à plusieurs reprises, que ce soit par un élève ou par la plateforme, pour au final aucun cours qui n'aboutit... Dommage, le principe de base de la plateforme est intéressant pour les élèves comme pour les professeurs !
