The customer service on the telephone was the only service was good the man I was speaking to could have given a bit more information to me as I have had scammers and also commenting fraud on my phone and fretting me on the mobile but not getting anywhere I pay for legal advice but did not get any I pay alot out to Halifax and have had policies with them for many years so it is not your side the Halifax should get their act together so that's is it

Got no legal advice given- told to fill in insurance assessment form first before they give me any legal guide 🤷🏼♀️ doesn’t help me now , it’s changed for the worse, I’m paying for legal advice that I may not get if there isn’t over 51% fir them to win. Their so called legal person said the same terms and conditions five times over - that I am already familiar with, wasting my time and talking over me, quite rude
