Sadly the company is impossible to contact. I ordered two black ceiling light fixtures (and 3 other cream ones). The black fixtures were scuffed, paint showing the silver. They looked really untidy. When I emailed to request a replacement of the black set, they did send me a replacement immediately (hence 2 stars and not 1). They arrived in good condition, until the electrician installed them onto the ceiling. Same issue again: black paint scuffing off easily.

I emailed to request a refund, as well as returning the cream fixtures (too small - my fault there). No response. I emailed again. Still no response. I tried calling, only to be sent to answering machine 5 times.

£120 or so down the drain, you live an learn during a renovation I suppose.

Plugs look attractive & arrived very quickly. I have not used them yet but they appear to be perfectly in order.
Many Thanks.
p.s. I am now considering buying some of the bakerlite 13 amp sockets to go with a redecorating project.

The support when making contact and the actual item sent were both fantastic! It can be a concern when buying a switch of such age, but both me and my electrician were very pleased!
I would recommend Art Deco Emporium not least because they are happy to "hold your hand" through the process if there are any concerns or uncertainties!

Have had lots of items from this company now for our old cottage renovation. Reliable products and service.

excellent service and a very good product.

Exactly as advertised and arrived ( by post) a day earlier than expected.

Good communication with the seller, reasonable shipping time.

Excellent service. Speedy delivery and correction of a slight problem I had.

Excellent service, as ever, from this helpful vendor

This business is really just fantastic. their website is super easy to navigate, great pictures and information. I have placed a few orders and will for sure place more in the future, the service is perfect and delivery is free and fast. The products which are antiques are fully restored to an impeccable finish and their reproductive products are 100% authentic, really cannot fault this business and highly recommend.
