I contacted Ashbourne Membership support and spoke to Charlie about my current gym membership.
He was very knowledgeable, communicative and efficient…sorted my issue out within 10 minutes.

She explained the payment terms clearly, answered my questions, and confirmed the final payment and membership expiry dates in writing. I really appreciated her prompt responses and the straightforward way she handled my request.
