Atlas Tools & Machinery Avaliações

The customer service department worked with me in order to get a refund.

Large selection overall and great for some of those hard to find tools. Atlas can quickly become your go to place for tools.

Always quick and efficient when filling an order

Toughbuilt tool drawers arrived packaged well, and exactly as advertised. Great way to consolidate tools and stay organized. Very happy with the product.

The online ordering was very straight forward. The products were shipped very quickly and received in good condition. I was very pleased with Atlas.

Absolutely terrible delivery service! The entire experience was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this company again. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from them.

Everything was fine however I’d prefer Canada post because I work during the day and there’s no one to let a courier into my building. I understand A courier may be faster or cheaper but I’d like the choice.

Ordered saw online and checked out. Advised order was put in back order status about a week later. Was advised a couple days later that shipping was $44.00. Should have just gone to local Stihl dealer instead.

Order was canceled at my request as I won’t pay the shipping.

I went to Atlas for the first time and the team who helped me was amazing! I would like to give a big thanks to Junsun, Mikhael, and specially Jhessica for your services! They were professional, they know what I was looking and help me in everything! Definitely going back!

Order was correct and in perfect condition. Delivery man was very helpful by calling me to confirm leaving package when I wasn’t home. Much appreciated.

Good price for the model, free and fast delivery. I'm happy with the purchase.

Best tool store ever! Highly recommended, a lot of items and easy to buy!

I made my purchase and as soon as I received the confirmation email I contacted them to clarify some doubts about the product.

In addition to everything being clarified, the delivery process itself was very quick and secure.

The package has not been received.
Notes delivered on Oct 19 but we do not have the package as yet!!
Can you contact carrier about this?

Great shopping experience. Fast delivery. Good quality products.

Doing this online meant that I didn't go into the store and overspend! Otherwise, it was seamless, convenient and timely - all good!

I pre-ordered a new to market tool from Atlas. Communication was clear and concise, and my new nailer arrived sooner than expected.

Had put a wrong address in at first for shipping, these guys were quick and I still got my boots in time. Everyone is asking where I got them and are realizing they dont have to use big clunky boots, and the safety and comfortability that comes with it, glad I found these guys, the winter looks good.

Atlas did great!

I got all the things I ordered at the speed I wanted and everything was super well packaged.

They have fantastic customer service and their website is user friendly!

Best Tool Shop.

My Happy Place.
