Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service both in store and after purchase online.
My package took 9 days to get here, BUT I was actually explained WHY which didn't make things less annoying, but was honest and appreciated.

TOP SERVICE and PRICE
I have taken advantage of their great online specials several times, and the service and shipping speed have always been consistent—with orders arriving even sooner than the estimated delivery time. I also appreciate the note they include in every package, thanking us for doing business with them. It’s hard not to keep coming back when the service is this good! :-)

I love the in store experience
I love the in store experience, I find that items ordered online that are in-stock take way too long to leave the warehouse. 4 to 5 buisiness before shipping items. Love Atlas as a whole

Everything came quickly and packaged…
Everything came quickly and packaged nicely. The only downfall was the delivery guy left everything right in the middle of my driveway and not around the back of the house like I had asked in the instruction notes. It’s a lot of money to be sitting in the middle of the driveway.

Great customer service from Atlas Tool
Great customer service from Atlas Tool! Unfortunately, my order was lost during shipping, but their team was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. They followed up with the carrier and offered me a replacement or a refund. Really appreciate how they handled the situation. Highly recommended!
