The site works as promising. I love that the payment is per month and not a subscription. The site is easy to navigate, and as a host, you get lots of messages from interested au pairs. It's also easy to see which fit your criteria.
I do wish the message sorting was easier. It's hard to find messages from people you have already messaged but not received a reply to. And when your inbox has over 100 messages, it's hard to find specifics. There are some sorting possibilities, but I'm missing one for "written to" or "messaged" or similar :)
We found our perfect match after less than a week. We will be back next time we need one.

It was easy to setup a profile, and the profiles are very information heavy and thus it becomes easy to find a good match. It's a bit pricy, but it's nice that the pay isn't a prescription but a one-time buy. We found our new au pair within a week, and she was even the first candidate we interviewed. Very pleased with the website and what it offers.

The process of hiring our Au Pair was straight forward through AuPair.com. We used the excellent search feature to filter out our requirements and very quickly narrowed it down to a few candidates. Having spoken to the first one over messages and then FaceTime, we agreed to hire her. She was perfect from start to finish and a great first experience of having an Au Pair so much so we are now looking again.
