Van broke down due to alternator. Covered by warranty. Made arrangements for car to go to garage. Rang several times for them to give the go ahead with the work . Two weeks later still waiting. Van is needed due to my wife being disabled. This warranty is absolute rubbish. Would advise anyone not to go within a mile of this company. Happy to take your money but not pay out.

I bought a secondhand car with the help of my reliable garage, it came with six months Autoguard warranty. The car was just what I wanted. Unfortunately a fault developed that was unforeseen. Thanks to Autoguard my garage has been able to diagnose the fault and get it repaired. I cannot be happier.

I got InTouch with my local garage and they got in touch with autogaurd, they sorted it all out. Made it really simple and reasonable quick. I would really recommend this company. All good thank you autogaurd.

Absolute joke. £19000 for a car and the power steering rack bearing has gone. Got a quote to fix and straight away rejected as part not covered even tho it states power steering is covered. Warranties ain’t worth the paper they’re written on.

6 year/70k miles limit for repairs on a 2011 car...how does that work?

Specifically rang best4 warrant prior to booking in for window repair. Was informed it was covered if electrical and not cables. Garage made contact and sent photo. Told electric motor not covers as any issue with cables would burn it out. Total waste of time having a warranty, always an excuse not to pay - will be cancelling and getting refund on premium.

Once again I had to make claim and had no problem with the claim very good my warranty runs out soon would easily renew with them

Had some issue with my car which is booked in at a vw/audi specialist to get the warrenty work done my customer service and case handler is Syed hasnen and he went above and beyond to get my claim dealt with as quick and efficient as possible and plain sailing so no issues or delays at the repairers end and said to also let him know if any further issues/problems are there once it’s at the repairers. And he will do his best to get it sorted if any problems. Couldn’t ask for a better service from him and auto gaurd at this current time highly recommend.

I had a warranty with Autoguard Warranties, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

When my car developed mechanical issues, I had to pay £1,700 for the repairs and then submitted a claim under my warranty. Unfortunately, instead of supporting my claim, they refused it. They referred me to additional terms and conditions that were never made clear when I purchased the warranty and told me I wasn’t eligible.

In my experience, the warranty provided no real value when I actually needed it. I feel like I paid for cover that wasn’t there when it mattered most. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Autoguard Warranties to anyone.

Not worth the paper it’s written on! I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Car Sector in Leighton Buzzard of whom I do not recommend either!! My car I’ve had 2 weeks and I enquired if the slave cylinder is covered under warranty and was told straight out that it’s excluded from the warranty! I bought the warranty thinking I was protected for 6 months! Again I do not recommend Autoguard warranty or Car Sector dealership.

I mean what is point in replying if you are not even going to try and find a solution to the issue?!!

Absolutely useless autoguard put in claim for repairs then got a response saying take pictures of the damage front back side up down since then only one person got in touch for help but even that was pointless this warranty no worth the paper it’s printed on waste of my time taking time off taken my car

The parts that were found to be faulty are covered under your warranty.

However, my request for the repairs to be covered was rejected by you.

If this is how your warranty works, then what is the point of having it?

I had a claim for a water pump and the service was excellent all the way through the process of the claim.
Would recommend you.
