Absolute bunch of scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY there warranties are useless.
Really not worth the money you pay ripped me off and will not help or reimburse my the money they have conned me out of.
Avoid at all costs.
Find a company that actually works with you not against you.

A great service and support from AUTOGUARD
I had a great experience with AUTOGUARD following an issue where my car dealership forgot to register my warranty package. AUTOGUARD (and the dealership) were extremely helpful throughout the whole process backdating my warranty to ensure my claim could be processed fairly.
They fully covered the cost of a water pump failure, including both parts and labour.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely looks after it's customers and honours its commitments. Based on my experience I would highly recommend AUTOGUARD for their excellent service and support.

Impossible to get ahold of
Impossible to get ahold of. They have a million different people to pick up the phone to take your number and name to call back but no one to talk to for submitting a claim. It's been an hour since I've left my information with them and they haven't called me back. I've called them 15 times in the meanwhile and have gotten someone different each time just to take my name and number. Terrible customer service.

I bought the car 2 months ago. Trying to find a garage to fix my car . They don’t cover for problems that were already diagnosed in the car before I buy it . They don’t cover nothing. I feel unsafe to drive my car and I can’t afford to fix these problems. I suppose to have guarantee for my car . All lies . The problem was in the car . I found it out in motorway when my car wasn’t stable and the brakes make a big noise all the time .

After reviewing your repair request, it has been declined as the issue with the shock absorbers has been identified as a leak, which falls outside the coverage of your Repair and Maintenance Plan. Full details of these exclusions can be found on page 10 of your handbook.
Additionally, the concerns raised regarding the brake system (discs and pads) relate to components that are classified as consumable items. These are specifically excluded under the terms of the plan, as outlined in the same section of the handbook.
With regard to the front suspension arm showing excessive play, this is typically caused by worn or damaged components such as rubber bushings, failed ball joints, or impact-related damage (e.g., potholes). These issues are also not covered under the plan.
We understand that this outcome may be frustrating, and we aim to be as clear and transparent as possible about what is and isn’t included in your coverage.
Please note that all repair requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any further questions or would like clarification, we encourage you to get in touch.

Misleading and deceptive company
I’m disappointed with Autoguard Warranties. I purchased their premium warranty in good faith, and they were fully aware of my car’s age and mileage at the time of sale. However, when I needed to make a claim, it was declined based on those exact factors.
This feels extremely misleading. If my vehicle didn’t meet the criteria, that should have been made clear before I paid for the policy. Instead, I’ve been left out of pocket with a warranty that doesn’t deliver when it matters.
Overall, I feel misled and would not have chosen this warranty had I been given the full picture upfront. I would not recommend.

Excellent service and highly recommended!
I’ve never purchased a warranty before but I have to say I was very impressed by the business during a recent claim! I had a claim approved that my garage said was normally excluded by other providers! The staff were very helpful during a call and I was over the moon when my claim was approved as it saved my a fortune…money I didn’t have! Therefore I would highly recommend this business!

This company treated us very badly. 2 people over 77, left not knowing how to get home, over 130 miles away with a broken down car. No good advice, only jargon which we didn't understand. Very bad, do not use them.
