Excellent service
Excellent service, my point of contact Mark, called me several times to update me with claim progress. AU paid in advance of the repair being carried out directly to the garage. Done and dusted within 48 hours. Highly recommended.

100% would recommend.
I contacted AU Warranties 1st thing in the morning as my battery was flat. They very quickly sorted me out enabling me to get back on the road. 100% would recommend.

After so much contact and emails, I finally got a call back today from Mark. He was happy to help, felt from conversation he went above and beyond. He called me back this afternoon to say he had completed the refund. Very helpful

I had never used a warranty before
I had never used a warranty before. Mark at AU was fantastic and advised me what I needed to do to make a claim. I had recently bought a used car and didn’t expect my fault to be covered, but after speaking to Mark, he said they would cover the full cost to repair. I simply cannot stress how simple it was to deal with AU and even got follow up texts to confirm monies had been paid direct to my garage within an hour or so after sending the invoice. Hope this review reassures anyone thinking of going with AU and hope your experience is as good as mine was. Thanks again Mark, a credit to this company !!

MUST READ
I purchased a BMW 3 series sport from lakefield car showroom and was provided the AU warranty 12 months, the car had some teething problems at first the rear calipers were binding AU got the calipers changed with my local mechanic and also fitted bran new pads and discs as the were cooked even though the warranty doesn't cover items like that.
They paid my mechanic within 2 hours which is the fastest I've ever heard a warranty company pay out.
The heater blower motor became noisey that is approved by AU and just waiting for the part to arrive at my mechanics garage.
The cars MoT had 1 advisory slight play in steering rack and upon the initial test drive didn't feel anything but after I purchased the car it was apparent straight away that when at speed on motor way it was difficult to stay in a straight line. These newer shaped bmws are common for this seemingly, AU have arranged with the best steering rack specialist in Glasgow to get it changed over to a brand new rack which believe me isn't cheep on these.
Honestly if it wasn't for AU I would have given this car back in a heart beat because of there amazing service soon I will be enjoying this amazing car to its fullest.

These guys are great
These guys are great! My water pump went last year and recently my car broke down. Had my car checked over and emailed in my repair estimate to fix the starter motor and replace my alternator. Both claims were approved and the bill was settled on the same day. Recommend checking your policy as AU offer numerous cover levels and claim values. The process was easly and slick though I had to top up my covered labour rate which cost me an extra fiver an hour but worth it as I know I'm dealing with a proper warranty that doesn't make me jump through dozens of hopes! Well done AU and special thanks to Lisa and Aden.

Best warranty company I have come across. Slick processes and app that allows you to submit your claim. Paid within the hour and they also approved amd settled our previous claim back in February this year. Can't recommend enough and special mention to Chris in claims!
