Babylon Health 

Booked an evening appointment for 90 mins later with a pharmacist. She called me a few mins early, took time to listen to my complaint and was able to prescribe an antibiotic for me. Booking process very simple, prescription arrived within a minute of the call ending. Excellent service and I felt very reassured by the care I received.

I have been using Babylon with my Bupa insurance for 4 months now. I received an email that my account will be closed, which I never asked for. When I asked them to explain why this was done, they told me I might have forgotten that I made the request when I initially signed up for the app (4 months ago! lol) They seem to have issues and make errors. I lost all my data - the last call I was waiting for also got cancelled after 1 hour delay for reasons that were never explained to me. I wonder if this is why they deleted my account 1 week after?

I am amazed how the GP at hand NHS business model has not been rolled out across England and the rest of the UK. It’s an absolutely tremendous experience, I can log on right now and book myself a GP appointment for today! Really it’s so sad and so frustrating this isn’t rolled out to all GP practices !

Pharmacist Vijayalakshimi Saravanan was 30 minutes late for 19:10 call. She then showed up for two seconds on the screen, didn't bother waiting for me to turn my mic and video on, hung up and marked call as missed. This is appalling service. Can your pharmacists not do the decent thing to wait on the call for just a minute when we are waiting here for 30 minutes???

Spoke to a GP within 1 day, quick, easy and very helpful

It takes too long to get an appointment and there is no option for urgent care. Promised referrals aren't always made. You don't actually have a single PCP, it's whatever doctor has the next available appointment which could be over a week away. There's no nurse line to get prescriptions or specialist referrals. I guess it would be fine if you're healthy, but once you have serious health problems it is definitely not quality health care.

They said to hurry and book my appointment, I have 8 days to do so. But there are no appointments available - thru May and beyond! What a joke! The intake doc or take doc.was great. But now its worthless and a waste of time! Run away from Babylon

Disorganised and unsupportive staff primarily. I was given a repeat prescription by a haemotologist in June 2022. After 9 months, the repeats and support teams just send me to each other instead of providing the medication.

Always able to get appointments. Never had a bad experience!

There are some brilliant physician that operates through this app but unfortunately there are also some unscrupulous characters like (Kunal Mungur) who should not be allowed on the babylon app he's the most insensitive cold racist and an unpleasant person you will ever have the displeasure to meet. He should not be allowed to practise on vulnerable people who rely on a caring physicians who will assist and care about their patients

Had an appointment the same day with a lovely clinician who helped me. I was referred for further treatment at hospital. The following day I received a message from the hospital and am booked in within 2 weeks! I can thoroughly recommend Babylon

App is good, customer service is awful

I was in need of a quick appointment and it took some time to get one. That's why only 4 stars. Apart from that, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the ER a couple days ago with my kids and they give them medicine but they told me I didn't need none the next day I got even more sick so today I decided to use this I met with dr hennigan today so nice he he listened to what was wrong sent the prescription it took like 45 minutes I took it and I feel so much better this was super easy to use

Amazing! Always plenty of appointments available any time of the day and week, lots of dr to choose from. So happy!

Can't fault the Doctor - but referal notes were not available on the app or the website - had to wait 30 minutes to ask someone to email them to me. She was very helpful - but seems the software needs improving

Babylon service is very good, very professional. Great communication and care given. All my health needs are taken care of.

I’m writing this whilst waiting for the GP to call me via Babylon. 33 minutes delayed. I’ve waited in all morning in anticipation of this appointment, and I could have booked an in person appointment at another private GP sooner but opted for Babylon because of the convenience.

Absolutely shocking service, all for £59!!!

Easy to reach clinic(s), friendly and professional doctors/nurses/staff. No time wasted at all, as my appointment was done online. Great
