There is such a long wait, usually up to two months for appointments at our Health Centre, being able to speak to a Doctor for help and advice and medication when you need it, restores faith in our overstretched Health system.

Doctor was thorough. She listened to my concerns & worries. Referred appropriately to 1: with a doctor.

I booked appointment online Livi with GP on the same day.
I had easy process to book appointment with GP on video call.
I'm really glad to have opportunity for this service and it's helpful for my health issues.

The GP was very helpful. Listened to my issues and was very understanding. Also scheduled a follow up call in a week or so to check on me. I wouldn’t get that from my normal GP.

Livi is always my go-to when I know that I don’t need a face to face appointment. Brilliant service…the system allows you to book an appointment at a time convenient to you & the app is so easy to use. The doctor called within the 15 minute time slot & was helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I was then able to pick up my prescription & meds later that day. Easy, quick & convenient. Thank you

Very easy to book an appointment at a time that suited me. Good consultation with a GP that had full access to my notes, problem addressed, and prescription ordered.
And it took pressure off my home GP's triaging appointment system...

Un médecin femme qui était insupportable mal aimable a cause de cette dame je fais une crise d angoisse actuellement elle me demande d aller aux urgences car CCEST un bobo aux pieds je ne suis pas diabétique madame !! Cette femme transpirait elle a dû se lever du mauvais pied ..j ai juste besoin d 'antibiotiques classiques LOL je suis biologiste de formation alors elle va m'apprendre à me soigner!! Les urgences sont blindées je vais y aller et ils vont me renvoyer c est tout ..bien joué j ai payé pour rien super bravo

I used Livi while on holiday when there was no walk‑in centre nearby, and it was a lifesaver. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and I was seen much sooner than I expected. The GP was friendly, attentive, and really helpful — I felt properly listened to and supported. Such a convenient and reassuring service when you’re away from home.

I needed to see a Doctor urgently. I booked with LIVI and the Doctor called me and we could not communicate clearly and he called again and we were clear. He sent me straight to A&E and was helped. Welcome Doc

Ce site est une arnaque : il vous font attendre de 19 h à 24 h , disant que le praticien est occupe , de patienter et en fait personne ne vous contacte jamais ! Ća tourne en boucle jusqu à ce que fatigué vous annuliez la demande de consultation : en fait ils n ont aucun praticien sur leur listing et vous perdez votre temps et votre douleur surtout s accentue !

I'm now at week 6 of daily attempts to book am appointment for high blood pressure.
A shambolic system designed but failing, to prop up a shambolic nhs system.
The country is screwed if this is the level of access we now have to GP services.
Absolutely disgusting.

I have used Livi several times. So this time it was for advice regarding a recurring condition. Very helpful and good advice. I would definitely recommend. If they think you need face to face, bloods etc they will recommend that and refer you to your GP.
