Babylon Health 

From doctors that don't follow up to health issues not diagnosed I would run away from this GP practice. In 5 min in a normal doctor with actual tools they were able to identify what these guys could for 5months! And more than 6 appointments that I insisted to book. Plus I was late 10 min and they made me wait for 10 min to tell me I was late so they had to rebook

I called over and over again to have a therapist speak to me, they gave me a referral and said I'd get a call. I never did. I called babylon multiple times, and after I trying explaining my issues, they never called me back. They never listened to my issues. You'd think they'd want to do good being doctors and all, but no, they want people to suffer until it's too late. Then they can shrug it off as nothing while they continue to fail helping people who really need help.

Was never sent the letter for an urgent referral for a possible cancer screening, and when I complained they sent me my patient details by accident instead of the letter via email.

Within less than 24 hours I had scheduled and received competent service from this, my GP practise. The ANP was friendly, helpful and prompt. She made sure I was satisfied with what I had scheduled the appointment for and made great use of the limited time available.
GP at Hand truly is the best way for any taxpayer to experience the NHS.

The most convenient way to access health care, no more waiting on the phone for someone to speak to, calls are answered quickly and appointments set up and executed promptly.

This POS company will waste your time having you spill ur heart and soul in order to get help. Then you email you to set up an appointment for a counselor and when you call they are all booked and tell you to call back... Like WTH?!?!?!

I LOVE NHS GP at Hand and I'm gutted the Birmingham branch is closing. This is how our GP's should run.
Lovely admin staff (so no more stroppy receptionists!), On line self serve when you can, LOADS of available appointments at a time that suits me (evening and night).
BRILLIANT.
On a personal note NHS GP at hand have supported me that one of the most challenging points in my life. I Will be forever grateful.

Can’t rate this highly enough. When I need to see a GP, I’m able to FaceTime one often within the hour and certainly the same day. In person appointments with specialists can then be booked, or prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy straight away.

It’s great being able to access GP or support services at the time that you need them, not having to go via receptionist and wait.
I have found the GP’s an clinician’s very good and Babylon offer full range of GP services including face to face where appropriate. You can book and track via the app.
Consultation notes are on the app for you to view and you can opt to book for a clinician you have seen previously or select a new one.

Don't bother with this service. Appointments are canceled last minute, if not, late by 30min from the original time, or no show after waiting for an hour for the blood test review (that's usually only 10min). ZERO customer service to help you navigate the frustration of uncertainty.

I have been trying to schedule a series of appointments and tests for a month and a half, and every step is full of frustration, cancelations, and delays. The actual Face-to-Face GPs at a human level are caring and empathic, but the company responsible for the customer experience is reckless. So much for caring about wellness and mental health when the actual product is a massive trigger of stress and despair.

Update:

At 10:06 am, 2 hrs later (the original appointment was today at 8:10 am) received confirmation my appointment had been canceled due to clinician's sickness (interestingly enough all my previous cancellations have been due to sickness - coincidence?)

I suspect they are keeping the operational margins at the expenses of customer attention.

Could not access the Babylon online GP appointments system after being lockout from logging in for no reason.
Had to phone the Babylon help desk. They managed to book an appointment but that is a fair long winded way of booking a standard doctors appointment. Also I would not have been able to have a prescription if required because I am blocked out by Babylon appointment system.
Will also add we have the highest level of private BUPA cover via work. The private UK healthcare is certainly less impressive now, than when we first used it 20 years years.
Babylon customer service agent did book an appointment by phone quickly, but his tone was worn out and somewhat patronizing.

It’s ok. I used to rate this 5 stars but have had an ongoing issue with repeat prescriptions that no one seems able to help with, so I’ve had to make multiple doctor’s appointments to try and resolve. If it doesn’t get sorted I will probably sign up with my local GP instead

It is a great service in general. The doctors and nurses always comfort me quickly online when I have a problem.

I am not giving full points because the doctors are booked in 10 minute back to back appointments and sometimes you end up waiting for the call for half an hour.

They should improve their doctor scheduling.

Each time I have an appointment through Babylon I’m very impressed. This week I had a call booked in for 9am on Monday morning and by 4:30 pm I’d already had a follow up call with a doctor and been referred, and had my bloods taken. The nurses and doctors and very friendly and knowledgeable and everything they tell you gets written on the app so you can review their notes after or at a later date to refresh yourself on what they’ve said. It’s really great.

Excellent APP and service. Can always find an appointment at a time when suits me. The practitioners are all pleasant and knowledgeable.
I never feel rushed and I feel listened too, unlike when I go to an ordinary GP.
I much prefer Babylon to visiting a standard practice.

If you have any urgent medical concerns or illnesses I would suggest you never, ever register with Gp at hand, as they have no interest whatsoever about your life or you as a matter of fact, and you won't get the adequate care you need. They really let me down in a time where I desperately needed medical support from them and honestly they should be in prison.

Made an appointment for my son whose infected knee worsened over a weekend. Appointment went ahead on the Sunday and was relieved to be prescribed antibiotics. But the prescription never arrived. So I rang next day to find appointment notes hadn’t been updated and they couldn’t get hold of Doctor - but they would respond within 24 hours!!

Anyway took son to see NHS GP who was concerned about potential sepsis, prescribed antibiotics and to take to A&E if worsened so it wasn’t a great diagnosis. Babylon appointment notes prescription were only sent 8 days later!!

Complained to Babylon - various promised escalations/responses went unanswered and 6 weeks later I am waiting for a response to a complaint.

Pretty shocking overall!!

Always get an appointment when needed ….. found gp at hand Better that going to a actual surgery .best thing I’ve done signing up my family to gp at hand

I have access to this service via my Bupa PMI and have been very impressed. Have spoken to three different doctors over the last six months and all were friendly and knowledgeable and referrals / prescriptions were very efficient. One GP ran a bit behind (about 30 minutes) but apologised. Very convenient as I travel a lot and once was able to speak to a GP from abroad in the evening to then pick up my prescription right in my return to the UK the next afternoon- with my normal NHS GP this would have never been possible and I would have been without much needed antibiotics over the weekend. Can highly recommend but, without private health insurance or the means to pay for private treatment only good for advice or private prescriptions (which often aren’t more than NHS ones anyway) as all referrals are obviously private.
