After seeing some bad reviews, I was very skeptical about purchasing our travel bundle from Baby Planet but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the experience. The items were delivered in 4 days (I was expecting longer as we are in NI). Everything was as described and we received additional items that I wasn’t expecting including a footmuff. I had to email the sales team as we didn’t have a tracking code for the delivery and they were very quick to get back and keep us updated. We managed to get our mamas and papas bundle for half the price of the high street store

Excellent service from Salmon and Emma at Derby store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Much appreciated.

Really good customer service from bristols Sutton and Mansfield. Very happy with my purchase
