Quick delivery, excellent friendly service

Items arrived quickly and great quality

This is a big machine, with no real customer service. You're just a number. Expect to be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the quality of all of the backdrops that I ordered. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. This was my first time using Backdropsource, but I will definitely be using it again.

Looked around online with my low budget in mind. Most companies were too expensive. Backdropsource.com was the ticket with the right product including poles and a very right price as well. Their assistance in acquiring artwork and arranging it in a pleasing way was also very satisfying. So, thumbs up to the staff at backdropsource.com.

Very happy with the SEGO Backlit Lightbox, good quality and the replacement graphics were spot on…. perfect fit!

I have worked with many companies for fabric walls, tents, and pop-up tables, so I have a very good base for comparison. This company has blown all others out of the water on speed of production, QUALITY, communication, and customer service. And their pricing is fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more!

My experience with ordering this tent was absolutely amazing. Customer service was very helpful in guiding me through the process and order was delivered 3 days earlier than scheduled and tent was gorgeous. Hope to order more of these.

Great experience. Product is great, and customer service was fast.

BackdropSource is the fastest company and best for ordering amazing graphics!

I work in events and have used BackDropSource for not only our company's booth but also activations and signage! Due to last-minute changes and updates, they are so patient and diligent when I have needed an urgent graphic.

The online template guide was excellent for giving me dimensions to design and layout a table cover. I submitted the design with my order, and received a production proof within an hour of the order. The final product arrived in less than a week from the order. The quality of the table cover is excellent. I would definitely recommend and will likely use them again for additional marketing items

The product is excellent, but it takes 24 hours to get updates back from design and I ended up just designing myself. Also, I paid for the tower with the motor and it didn't deliver with the tower. I had to let them know and they told me I would need to source that locally. I am still waiting on them to get back to me or to send me a refund.

The team was incredibly quick, and my order arrived quicker than expected! The product was just as marketed and arrived just as the mock-up provided.

Will be purchasing again!

The experience with Backdropsource has been great, but the choice to use DHL as the delivery carrier has been challenging. This is the second time DHL has delivered a package after hours and left it outside our front office door. Fortunately, both times the packages were still there when we arrived the following morning, but this does create a risk for loss or damage.
Your product quality and customer service continue to be excellent — our only concern is the reliability of DHL’s delivery practices.

Quick and Easy online ordering process. Responded quickly when I had an issue (my fault) with the artwork. Fast shipping. Hanging banner arrived well packed and was excellent quality printing.

Vendor was very responsive, got back to me quickly on questions, and even helped come up with a custom solution to accomodate my request for 24' wide curved walls! Production was VERY fast and I will deffinately use them again!

A good experience working with the design team and placing the order went south when at the trade show we realized that there were 2 important pieces that were not included in the shipment. This prevented us from being able to build our stand the way it was intended. Also, despite sending the artwork in the correct format, and approving the proofs that showed the current color, the backdrop color that was sent was completely different and off brand.

I ordered 2 table cloths and a pop up table with the metal frame. My items arrived very fast and they are amazing. I e already started the process for a second table. Great quality and looks so nice!!

The product came in a timely manner and was done well and on quality material. I ordered one out of five just to see what would come, but I ordered the rest with in 10 mins of receiving.

We have had the best experience working with Backdropsource!

From back drops to table cloths we order everything we need and its always a super simple processs. We often get compliments and people asking where we get all of our stuff from when we attend public events. We always make sure to name Backdropsource and how great of a company they are! Never hesitate to order, Backdropsource has made our life so much easier!
