First time visit to the bike was fantastic. Truly helpful staff. Answered my question. And found the right bike. On my return to collect the bike a senior member of staff. Came across as unnecessary blunt and rude on multiple occasions. Not only towards me but to staff members working the shop floor. If I had this interaction when I bought the bike I wouldn't have bothered

Great assistance and understanding. Ian in the store dealt with swapping over the shoes ordered in error due to incorrect information on the website. Great customer service.

It is a great shop (Gatwick), very happy with my bike and how it was built. Nothing negative except perhaps when I was given a date for collection no one seemed to know where my bike was, and by mistake it had been put on display for sale. Also, no one told me my new bike would be tubeless, no indication anywhere. Again, a couple of mistakes but overall it doesn't shadow my experience. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The store was ultra busy as it was a bank holiday but once someone was free to help they were super helpful and sorted a demo ride in store.
During pickup they helped sort out the paperwork, setup the bike, offered advice and helped get it in the car. This was particularly useful as some of the software transfer for the ownership of the bike wasnt working initially.
Over both visits they were helpful and friendly, didnt rush me or others and patiently dealt with questions - I will be using them again!

New bike was ready early, whole order process was simple, no problems at all

Great service from very knowledgable staff made spending all my hard earned cash that much easier

I so appreciate all the help and assistance that all the team gave me in picking the right bike and getting the delivery sorted so far away

My bike was in for a service and I cannot speak too highly of the service.
The staff were great communicators and the small problem with my bike was dealt with.
The entire process was pain-free and more than satisfactory.

Placed an order on 20 April 2026 with a note that delivery would be in 3 days and with 48 hours parcel force

By the end of April the parcel have not been despatched
The parcel finally left your shop on 6th May
Apparently my residential address is not identified for parcel force, and returned the parcel to yourselves

On 7th May I cancelled the order and have now been refunded
I will not be use Balffs again
