Bmw was very organised at my appointment for car service. The service support was helpful and efficient and I must say a good experience all round. They kept me informed of progress and ordered new part and fitted at the same appointment.

Excellent service from Barrettes mini Ashford as always a good price for the mot and they cleaned the car too! Not many places do that!

Again another great experience with Barrett’s, they are always polite and courteous. Customer service in my experience has always been excellent.

We dropped the car off early we were greeted with a hot drink of our choice made to feel welcome as usual the air bag was replaced and the car was cleaned free of charge .

Excellent service, maintenence on car was carried out quickly and I felt I got value for money.

Fabulous customer interaction from drop off to collection. Intermittent fault with Z4 which typically resolved itself on deposit to garage, but reactivated on way home. Nonetheless kept fully informed during the day, and will need to re-book, but fully confident with service team.

First service on my 225e all good kept informed and I chose pick up and delivery which suited me this time and was done brilliantly all in all a pleasant experience
