Very disappointed with this company. Item advertised was ordered but different diffuser sent, on complaining was told this is what they had been sent and was correct , this diffuser is not the scent I have had previously and it has taken leaving 2 recorded messages and 2 emails before any actual response. Only offer had is they can assist on return. Not good enough

I ordered and paid for beat the blues room spray on ovember18th 33£ where is my order or can I have a refund as it was a gift and it is ti late you are a bad company you sent me an e mail and then rejected my reply

I placed an order, and correctly submitted my address for international delivery. After more than 16 business days I contacted them to advise that I did not receive my order. Their response is to wait indefinitely and once or if they receive the order back they will decide on what to do next!! No offer of refund, no offer to provide me with a tracking number (apparently they just send packages with the cheapest option of international post), no offer to send a new package with a tracking number ( I even offered to pay for express shipping). I have to now wait indefinitely until they receive the package back, for them to decide what they want to do next. I paid for the order, so they will happily take my money and not even try to give me solution. Very poor customer service, never using them again

I placed an order on the 1st December and paid extra for express delivery as I needed one of the items for a friend’s birthday. 6 days on, I have not received my order and have been left very disappointed as I was not able to give my friend her present on her birthday. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Warning this company are truly awful. I’m in Australia and ordered from them and they took my money and never sent my parcel. I gave them my full postage address they claim they sent the parcel but left my building number AND my street address off the shipping label. They refused to send me any tracking details to provide evidence they sent it or help locate it. They would not provide me a refund, their customer service was so awful. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they were able to assist me in getting refunded. I would avoid this company completely, they will take your money and won’t deliver.

Shockingly expensive prices that I agreed to pay for SOAP, but still haven’t received 2 weeks later. No update, no nothing. Will never order from this site again. Guess I’m back to ordering from Amazon, at least you get your order.

Great customer service. I received my item damaged (due to mishandling by the delivery provider). I was worried it was going to be a pain to get this resolved. Unfortunately unable to get the item replaced due to stock issues so it has caused me some inconvenience. However, it was resolved as best it could. Relatively quick responses via email for a company I imagine has a small team. I wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future as it's good to have this reassurance.

Bought a variety of items and happy with them all. Delivery was quite slow and one item had leaked a little. Other than this, I was happy with my purchase.
