I am unable to leave a meaningful review as my order hasn’t arrived. I made the order over a week ago and I was informed there would be a wait due to stock issues. Throughout the whole process Bath and Unwind have kept me informed so I must praise their communication.

Fast delivery, nice discount on the item I wanted which was full price everywhere else. I’d never heard of this company, but I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

Sent quickly, lovely scents to lift our mood in January 😌 The orange blossom one was bought to remind us of holidays in Mallorca, it’s doing the trick. The winter thyme one is a repeat buy, gorgeous and not just for Xmas.

I was sent the wrong item and although this is forgiven the fact that a week later and two weeks since my original order was placed I am still waiting for it is totally unacceptable. As a minimum the replacement item should have been sent first class tracked when the issue was raised. Very poor service for any item but unacceptable given high end price point.

Item never despatched - email response is ridiculously slow - missed the Birthday and was told waiting for stock - waited patiently for updates but eventually order cancelled and refunded 9 Jan … managed to order item immediately from alternative company and arrived next day

Appalling service from Bath and Unwind - avoid and save yourself the stress- lots of great companies who genuinely care about customers … Bath and Unwind do not

I was really nervous about purchasing from Bath & Unwind due to the negative reviews on here, but the item I wanted was significantly cheaper than other websites (it was expensive!), so I took a risk. It was over the Christmas/New year period, so communication was slower. I received my item (I’m thrilled), plus a free bonus hand wash & lotion worth over £56! So a good experience for me.

Great prices, great offers, so much variety of great brands. I bought lots of Tisserand sets the rollerball in the sale for my girly friends presents this year. Quickly processed & delivered.

I accidentally bought 2 pots of bath stuff for my wife's Christmas present from you. Having realised my mistake I emailed you to only send 1 pot and to take payment of £30 and not £60 from my debit card. However, you sent 2 pots and took 60 quid. So, good bye.

Great prices but once used you get bombarded by unwarranted nuisance marketing e mails. Hence, all unsubscribed and wont use again.

First time using this company which had been recommended to me by my granddaughter. I was impressed by presentation and variety as well as efficiency of processing the order and also delivery I hope to use company again

Very quick and lovely product , l had as a gift before but decided to treat myself.

I've got to be honest. I was slightly worried when I placed my order. The price was lower than all the other retailers but after checking Trustpilot all seemed to be good. I placed my order then did further research on B+U and found some horrendous reviews and then started to worry. However I had absolutely no issues with my order and would certainly order again. I can only assume that the bad reviews were one off or were partly down to blame on the customers side.

First time using this website and would definitely recommend.
