Great products and great prices. Prompt delivery

I never received my package, and they haven’t replied to my emails. I also haven’t received any information about where it is or who sent it. They just took my money litterally its been over a month

Mijn bestelling zou 7 augustus geleverd worden, maar ik heb niets ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren met de klantenservice contact gezocht maar ik krijg geen enkele reactie. Ik ben heel erg teleurgesteld en mijn geld kwijt.

I get great deals on Omorovicza from their website, they ship in a timely manner and have been responsive when I had to email them with a question. Free shipping on orders over $35 is a great deal! Perfect!

1 af de bestilte varer stod på hjemmesiden som pre- order- afsendes om 1-2 uger. Efter ca 10 dage blev alle varer ændret til pre-order afsendes indenfor 1-2 uger??

Nu 20 hverdage/4 uger efter har jeg stadig ikke modtaget noget, og alle varerne står stadig med samme “pre- order afsendes inden for 1-2 uger” status??

Jeg har skrevet til kunde service for 14 dage siden og hørt fra dem endnu, ud over et standart svar hvor de opfordre til ikke at skrive til dem igen, før man har fået svar på første henvendelse!!

Jeg vil umiddelbart ikke anbefale nogen fra DK at bestille fra denne hjemmeside, voldsom lang levering, og en nærmeste ikke eksisterende kundeservice!!!

Order didn't arrive in the 24 hours it was supposed to due to Yodel's incompetence. I contacted Yodel who couldn't care less. Bath and Unwind on the other hand were brilliant and after contacting them they quickly refunded the delivery cost.

After my shipment did not arrive due to a missing house number, Bath & Unwind responded super quickly and very accommodatingly to resolve my inconvenience. They took responsibility for the shipment and refunded me the full purchase price. That's great customer service!

I had to return something and they honoured the return policy (it had to be unopened)

Also I noticed they have a better 'first time' discount than other websites

It’s my first time ordering from this website and I’m really disappointed. I received my order today and while the outer mailbox looked fine, the device inside was in very poor condition. The product box was already open, dirty, and unsealed. The sticker and barcode were torn and cut, and the device itself appears used. I’ve contacted customer service and am currently waiting for their reply. Very upsetting experience :(
**Update: After contacting customer service for return instructions, I sent the item to the Freepost address and provided them with the delivery receipt. I received a full refund within 3 working days. Thank you!

Very poor customer service
Purchased a very expensive product.
The product was faulty after a month
Contacted them immediately, this was in April. After 16 emails back and forth they still haven't resolved the issue.
I wouldn't recommend anyone orderi anything from this retailer.

Placed an order back in January(!), and have received no assistance from this company. I think I have been scammed? I am in Canada, and paid the customs/duties, but still never received the package. When I contact DHL, they say to deal with the shipper, and the shipper is saying to deal with DHL. Ultimately, Bath & Unwind has not provided any customer service or assistance.

I have since heard from them, and they provided a refund. It’s unfortunate one has to go to the lengths of posting about poor practices to get customer service, but they did make it right.

I Have an order from them on march 26th, it was written 12-16 working days. time has gone, not received the order yet, i have opened 2 ticket and no answer. ( Order no 6091546

Ordered a bath tray for £26 down from £39 thinking it must be decent quality. It arrived poorly made and broken with small sliding slats that are meant to be fully attached completely come apart.

There return policy is that you can’t return something once the cellophane has been broken so there goes any chance of actually seeing the quality of your product before you get to decide wether to keep it or not. I would avoid these products and company.

I was introduced to the Bramley Hand Cream 250ml whilst attending a meeting in the city. Although expensive, rest assured it is worth the price paid for. I have dry skin and the hand cream absorbs smoothly.

I pre-ordered 3 items and received a promotional discount as well as a complimentary gift.

really pleased with orders so far wished found website sooner. Lots of great brands and timely delivery.

Excellent service

I ordered a LED mask from their website but hadn’t received any confirmation email. Considering it was a $700 order I was a bit worried and sent multiple emails to their customer service but without any answers.
Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review to hear back from them. They were very helpful from then, and my parcel got delivered to NZ within 7 days.
Overall good service, too bad their customer service ignores all emails unless you leave a bad review.
