Very disappointed that the 6 x Noble…
Very disappointed that the 6 x Noble Isle hand wash items that I ordered were not presented in boxes, it was just the hand wash in plastic dispensers without any packaging beyond the large cardboard box they arrrived in. These were christmas gifts so I had to buy 6 individual boxes rather than handing over plastic dispensers as gifts.

In response to your below reply, I did email you, twice, and it was by replying to the one YOUR organisation sent me.
I received the following auto-response - via email - within 5 minutes of sending, it read:

Our customer service team will aim to respond to you within 2 working days.
We work through our inbox chronologically. To avoid additional delays, please hold off from sending any follow up emails - we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience.

Please refrain from feigning 'lost in the ether' responses, when I am $165 out of pocket, and in need of what I ordered.
I have responded to the rep who emailed me just now and confirmed that my address listed is correct. It did not seek to help me further, and just stated 'it says it was delivered'.
This is not good enough, please escalate to an appropriate manager who could actually help.

Don’t use, dodgy service that takes your money but doesn’t give you anything.

The item I purchase was an expensive…
The item I purchase was an expensive LED mask, it arrived from UK broken. It only worked till the first charging was gone. Then it never turned on again after multiple tries to charge it. On top of that I had to pay over 120€ for shipping which was also very unpleasant experience.
Customer support ignored my first email and took them a few days to answer on the second after the return time is already passed.

Disappointing experience redeemed by good customer service
EDITED TO ADD: the company reached out to find out more and after a bit of back and forth, they offered a replacement or refund. To recognise good customer service I have upped my rating to 4/5 from 2/5. It would have been 5 stars if everything had arrived undamaged originally, but given the problems the company did do well to resolve them.
ORIGINAL:
Good price and one of the only places that had them in stock. But the two Highland Soap Company Reed diffusers both had their seals broken. In fact it looks like both were cut open. This means I can't give them as gifts this Christmas. Disappointed.

I was really disappointed with this…
I was really disappointed with this company. The order I received was completely different from what I ordered and just looked like a load of reject samples they just put together. Totally unacceptable. It wasn’t packaged nicely either and a complete waste of money. Fortunately I was able to send it back and get a refund, however that wasn’t easy either and required emails back and forth waiting days in between to get it sorted. I definitely will not be using again and I feel extremely let down.

Although the products offered by the company are good, the reputation of Bath & Unwind suffers due to lack of responsiveness to emails to Customer Service, no working phone number and complete inability to reach a human being for help, no email address for management on the website. Pity.
