Literally the best brand! They have the cutest hand drawn designs combined with the softest buttery fabric. Love that they have matching mum/dad pieces so the whole family can enjoy.

AMAZING quality clothing that lasts forever! designs are gorgeous, and the owner is always willing to respond with a customer focus. Bencer & Hazelnut is one of my favourite places to shop for kids clothing & matching mum & dad clothing 😍

Purchased for the first time last month and very impressed with the quality. I bought three jumpers, two for my daughter and one for myself. They are very soft and well made. They look like they will be much more durable that others I have bought at a similar price point.
Will definitely by buying more from this brand.

I have made numerous purchases from Bencer and Hazelnut over the past three years and have always been impressed with their buttery soft fabric, beautiful quality and gorgeous prints. Their Christmas release has become an annual tradition in our household and i’m sure this year will be no exception ❤️

Was advised that orders would be posted within 2-3 weeks. Item was posted express just before the 3 week mark. Tracking showed it was picked up but was never scanned again. I contacted Bencer and Hazelnut to investigate and heard no updates for a week. I contacted them again through PayPal 10 days after it was due to be delivered. They said they would look into it and refund if it could not be located. I contacted them again 4 days after that and they told me it was already refunded but I received no refund or no notification of that it was being refunded. I escalated to PayPal claims who advised that no refund had been initiated. Bencer and Hazelnut advised that the refund would not go through while there was an active claim but PayPal advised me that this was incorrect. I am aware of multiple other people who ordered at the same time as me who also have missing parcels. I contacted Australia Post and they advised that the shipments in this timeframe were being investigated as it was unusual for so many to be missing from the one seller

Beautiful quality zip suits, lovely colours. My order was upgraded to express postage which was great too. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to put my son into these :)

Incredibly beautiful pieces, each created with such love and quality! My absolute go-to for my baby girl and any gifts for new mama’s ❤️

Very high quality and I was upgraded to express delivery which was a lovely surprise.

Amazing quality and shipping is pretty good to New Zealand. However it would be great if you could combine packages to save on shipping costs x

Beautiful quality items and love the express postage upgrade so I can enjoy my goodies sooner :)

Quality, and service is incredible. A very trusted brand.

Absolutely stunning clothing best quality ive found the fabric is just so super soft and we are all about comfort whilst looking super stylish and cute love love love

Recently purchased jumpsuits for our new grandson - I have previously purchased them in a smaller size. He looks very cute in his dinosaur suit.
My daughter & I were very impressed with the quality of the baby clothes - the fabric feels quite thick, & for the Canberra winter they will be very warm.
The print designs are unique - I haven’t seen them before & this is grandchild number 7!!
Thank you for the quick delivery - look forward to the next collection of clothes.

I love everything about this beautiful business! Exceptional quality, thank you xx

Absolutely beautiful quality material and one of a kind prints, very happy with my first purchase!
