Great service from initial contact to completion of job. Operative very polite and carried out his task efficiently and without fuss. Same day appointment with time slots meant I could carry on with my day and not be hanging around waiting needlessly. Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year

Really thorough job of our gutters which being a three story Georgian house are extremly high up even mnaged to unblock a downpipe that had becom blocked due to run-off from our neighbours gutter. Quick, couteous and efficient

I had a similar experience to others of being booked in after just making enquiries to get a quote but not confirming. I had messages saying someone was coming tomorrow. I messaged and cancelled and got confirmation back but then still had someone ring to say they were coming today even though I had cancelled the booking I never made in the first place. They did cancel in the end but it felt really pushy

I was charged £87 for 20mins. work. When I say work ,one man went up a ladder and I did not see any sign of cleaning. He said that he had cleared out some moss??

Nikolai Tsvetanov cleaned our gutters today. The service he provided was excellent. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. Nikolai went the extra mile noting to me that there had been a broken roof tile which had fallen into the gutter which he cleared.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

The young man was very pleasant. He was dressed in a uniform which is reassuring. He did the work quickly and althought not able to check myself, I am sure he was efficient.

I enquired about a quote for gutter cleaning, they tried to upsell me and asked if they could arrange a time to call.
I provided a time I was available to call almost immediately after I received the email and explained I only wanted the gutters cleaned. They didn't respond for a couple of days or so, then someone else tried to contact me, completely ignored the fact I'd already said twice I just want the gutters cleaned and tried to upsell.
They then proceeded to repeatedly spam call, message and email us. We received a message this morning saying they could "book us in tomorrow as (they're) in the area!" but at this point we had already been completely put off by their repeatedly ignoring our request for just the gutter cleaning service, as well as their grossly aggressive sales tactics, so we continued to ignore them in favour of a business that will actually pay attention to what we say and not try to strong arm us into booking in services we don't want.

This afternoon, my partner received a message and I received an email saying THEY HAD BOOKED US IN FOR NEXT WEEK! Neither me nor my partner had requested this, didn't provide consent to make an appointment and certainly didn't give any information on our availability. But I was sent a link which would automatically take me to a payment page if I tapped it, saying I had been booked in for an appointment.
Make no mistake, there was in no way a misunderstanding here. I asked for a quote, we gave times when we could receive a phone call, we didn't agree to any services or any bookings at all.
They've gone beyond unacceptable behaviour at this point. Absolutely appalling tactics, avoid at all costs.

The booking process was smooth and efficient but the standout was the performance of the service by a polite, enthusiastic, pleasant and polite young man who clearly cared about delivering a professional service

Ben’s Gutters was recommended to us by friends. The operative, Samuel, was punctual, very efficient and showed us before and after photos. The whole process was quick and easy. Would recommend.
