Excellent Job Done
Because we have been a customer for several years now, having had excellent service from Ben’s Gutters, the company called me to see if I wanted the gutters cleaned this spring(2026). A cleaner was booked in to clean the gutters for the next day, as they were in the area and, as on all previous occasions, he came and did the usual excellent job we now expect from Ben’s Gutters. The cleaner was friendly, polite and efficient.
The rate was very reasonable. Ben’s gutters also clean facias and soffits etc. and general roof cleaning.
We have no hesitation in recommending Ben’s Gutters and will certainly use the company again after leaf fall at the end of the year.

The person who came to clean the…
The person who came to clean the gutters, I forgot his name but he came on time, was friendly and respected my property. He soon cleaned the gutters and there was half a bucket of debris plus some broken tiles. I would happily use Bens Gutters again

Having been let down by a previous…
Having been let down by a previous company, it was refreshing to deal with such a professional outfit. From making the initial call to book to carrying out the work we were very impressed. He was punctual, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable also. First class service and I highly recommend.

Disappointing
I paid up front. Lucas came round, did the gutters at the front and one side. He then packed all his gear up. I managed to catch up with him on my drive and asked what about the gutters at the other side of the extension. He came back and did approx 5 mins more work then just drove away. The front was well done but the back was left in an unclean, unprofessional sorry state. He couldn’t get away quick enough. I did phone the office and emailed evidence but never heard a thing. That was 3 weeks ago.

The gutter and facial cleaning was completed to a very high standard. Arrived in time, talked us through the process and when completed took us around the house and outside buildings to make sure we were happy. Extremely good service.

Sam was very polite and tidy. Left the patio clean and made sure the drains were clear. Since the heavy rain recently I haven’t had any moss. Everything is clear.

Easy process and the gutter cleaning was arranged and completed within a few days of the inital contact.
The work was completed in a timely and efficiant manner and effected areas were cleaned up. The engineer was friendly and helpful.
