I was very impressed with the service I received from Ben's Gutters Ltd. My message to them was answered the same day and they offered to send someone the following day if it had been convenient to me. When Valeri arrived to view my very blocked down pipe, his first thought was that he couldn't do it as it was so blocked and he thought the pipe would have to be removed, which he wasn't able to do. However, he persevered with the problem and found a solution and much to my delight he completely unblocked it. Excellent service from Valeri.

Quick and efficient service
Rang for a quote at 10am, someone was at my property a few hours later. Peter Minto did a great job and rang me with a small issue he was having with the hose (a thing with our house, nothing of his own fault) and let me know what could be done. Decent price too.

A happy customer
The first thing to note is that the price was very reasonable which to many is the most important factor. When the cleaner came he reviewed what was required and the accessibility to do the job. After completing the cleaning, he showed photos of before and after the cleaning while mentioning any issues that may have been present and what he had done about them. The cleaner was very pleasant and friendly during this which made interacting with him pleasing. Overall, I am well satisfied with the company, the cleaner and the job done.
